The staff gave 3 criminals access to my room and I was robbed and threatened and kicked out despite the police arresting the criminals. Criminals who were doing drugs in my room criminals who stole absolutely everything I owned from the room. Criminals who used my toiletries and ate my food and trashed the room.The worst experience I have ever had in my 49 years on this earth. The management did not assist us, instead, they decidedo kick us out as if we were the ones in the wrong. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Initially it was acceptable at the price, however on my 3rd night I left the room to go to work, leaving my belongings in the room that I had left in impeccable condition. I returned several hours later to discover that there were 3 male drug using thieves occupying my room. They had eaten my food, trashed the room, rifled through all my and my colleague's belongings, stealing all of it and disposing or destroying the rest. They took showers using my toiletries and even stole our toothbrushes. We called police and the 3 were subsequently arrested. I have the report. The hotel manager didn't once check on us nor ask if we were OK. Instead, after initially offering us another room at a cost, she then told us we had to leave and gave us 15 minutes to pack up our belongings and vacate the room.. The room which was trashed and we ourselves had to clean, if we did not leave in the time specified she threatened to charge us 10 dollars per 15 minutes that we took to organize, pack and vacate the premises. She treated us like criminals and humiliated us as if it were us who committed the crime There is an ongoing investigation as it is apparent that the night person at the front desk had given the criminals the key to our room. We intend to file suit but are reaching to out to Expedia first. This experience has left me traumatized and humiliated. I feel completely violated and insulted. The damage to my property is probably irreparable. I want a full refund.

Dirty. We stayed 3 nights and they didn’t clean our room. You pay extra for services, but if want your room to be cleaned, “you have to ask”, said the front desk.

This was a very nasty room they had bugs and look like the room was never cleaned beds was dirty sheets my first vacation ever and came into this I will never stay there I also left the same day and I am still waiting for my refund back

This is kinda launch has a lot of potential in area for improvement when customers who book with Expedia are promised a certain room then the booking doesn’t match you don’t get this the room you saw online the furniture is old and dirty room service doesn’t stick to their schedule and does not clean, but you are charged for it You have to go to the front desk and get your own towels and toilet paper and anything you want that you want clean because house keeping service is atrocious not only do they not fully clean your room you can tell areas in which I’ve never been clean furniture not moved and they have an ant issue I loved the fact that everything was close by in regards to food shopping entertainment I loved that the parking lot was easy and accessible and I love that but no smoke inside of the hotel is actually quiet calm clean.

Our stay here was terrible from the moment we got to the room. The room was dirty everywhere from the tables to the bed sheets to the bathroom. We weren't even able to shower cause it looked disgusting. The curtains were not only broken when you tried to close them but the actual curtains were ripped all over. Stains everywhere and lets not talk about the beat up microwave and fridge. I understand this is a low budget place and i have stayed at many low budget hotels but none of them have been this terrible. I have paid for cheaper hotels that are better than this one. if it could give it a negative star trust me i would. The only good thing was the friendly staff at check in and check outbesides that dont waste your money!

I work out of town and stay in motels more than half the year, and would like to say this was one of the worse motels I’ve stayed at. The lady checking me in was on the phone the entire time, and the room was mediocre, with the bed being wrapped in plastic or something because it was noisy and uncomfortable. I understand this is a “economy” motel, but that’s ALL I stay at, and this one was subpar.

While accommodations were adequate, pricing was deceptive. Paid full nonrefundable price for hotel prior to arrival only to be told that there was an additional $14 fee for administration/Covid-19. This was done to make property appear to charge less than competition--very deceitful!
