I stay at this hotel every couple of weeks for work. The toaster in the breakfast area is so slow that if 2 people are making toast you might as well leave because it will be 20 mins before they are done. Get a better toaster!

Great stay

Clean hotel in good location. Better than average hot breakfast with good coffee. Walgreens and multiple restaurants in parking lot. It is within walking distance for a relatively athletic person. They do provide a shuttle (shared with the hotel next door) for drop off and pick up. The earliest shuttle is 7:40am the latest back is 8:40pm, first come first serve. If you are staying in Universal later in the evening I would suggest a rideshare (the path is very dark at night). Lyft service from MCO to the Fairfield Inn was $53 and took about 30 minutes. Lyft service from Universal to SFB was $45 and took about 40 minutes.

Stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Near Universal Orlando and loved the convenience—just a short walk or quick shuttle to Universal. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary hot breakfast was a great start to each day. Not a luxury resort, but for the price, location, and service, it’s an excellent choice for anyone visiting the parks.
