La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente si se van a visitar los parques, pero desafortunadamente la limpieza del cuarto fue terrible nos quedamos 6 noches, y tuvimos q pedir que cambiaran las toallas porque estaban sucias, el baño no lo limpiaban bien, el bathtub estaba tapado de pelos, el piso sucio.

Overall not bad - my only complaint is that the carpets and floors were a little outdated/dirty. House keeping did come daily but did not appear to vaccum or mop. Air conditioner made small area of carpet wet. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Pools were very nice. Breakfast was so so - seemed a bit empty Some days but could’ve been the timing, however the breakfast staff was so sweet . Would stay again. I

I didnt like how the restroom was hot no air flow, stains on the carpet and the window cover looked disgusting with all types of ugly stains. Bed was good tv worked. I heard the other rooms from my party didnt have as good as i did. But the hallway ac worked better then the room ac it gets hot at some times. But i liked the stay.

I forgot my cc to pay for my drink. The bartender was so nice and trusted me to go to my room to get it and let me have my drink first. Great customer service! I tipped appropriately
