The pool and spa area was not cleaned often. I saw the same trash laying around the hot tub for a few days, and the lobby had a foul odor where they serve breakfast. Overall the stay was good.

If you’re looking for a stay in Orlando, that’s unforgettable for all the wrong reasons, look no further. This hotel is a masterclass in disappointment, a real five-star experience, if the stars are falling and on fire. Let’s start with the staff. Imagine being greeted by people who look like they’ve just lost a bet and now have to work here as punishment. Warmth? Friendliness? Basic eye contact? All checked out long before I arrived. Now the room…ah yes, the Eau de Swamp fragrance that hits you like a moist slap in the face the moment you open the door. The air was so humid and rancid, I started looking for alligators. I turned on the AC for relief, but it coughed like it had just open a pack of mold and gave up. Breakfast was included, which is generous considering its value is approximately $0.37. Picture lukewarm coffee, cardboard masquerading as toast, and eggs so rubbery they bounced off the plate. I think the orange juice was just regret in liquid form. But wait! There’s more! The cherry on this soggy, sad sundae is the $16 daily parking fee. For that price, I expected a valet, maybe a security camera. Instead, it’s a self-park free-for-all with the same level of security as a sketchy alleyway in a crime documentary. To sum up: If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to pay for your own misery, this is your chance. A perfect spot for anyone looking to reconnect with their inner cynic. Bring your own air freshener, breakfast, and will to live.
