Iceland's summer home

Velkomin! Come and stay in our beautiful townhome! Fully renovated in January 2022, in the stunning Windsor Hills resort. One of the few townhomes that doesn’t have a splash pool, enjoy the spacious patio deck with no rear neighbors. Laminate flooring throughout entire home.

Keyless entry that eliminates the hassle of keys and the code is changed after each stay to ensure the safety of our guests. Ring doorbell for security.

Downstairs has a queen bed with private en-suite bathroom. Wall mounted TV with Netflix app. Fully updated equipped kitchen, with pots and pans, everything you will need from coffee maker to a griddle, to make fresh pressed sandwiches.

Cozy living room with a sectional and 2 chairs, with a 4 chair and bench dining table.

Upstairs has TWO king bedrooms, both with TVs with their own en-suite bathrooms. Black out curtains to help block sunlight.

Full size washer and dryer in upstairs landing.

For the little ones we have a pack n play, high chair and a baby walker available.

*Please note that this property has a controlled temperature thermostat where the lowest set temperature can be set to 72*F as requested by the owner and to be energy efficient*

4 night minimum stay, preferably 5 night stay during the holidays. During the holidays, if your selected dates fit into a gap, but because of the minimum number of nights required it will not let you book, please contact us as we are more than willing to help in confirming your dates.

Please note to our future guests that this home is classed as "self-providing." We do not leave any food or products that could attract pests, for the cleanliness for our guests. We provide the basic package of a toilet roll in each bathroom, one kitchen roll, two trash bags and two dishwasher tablets. We only provide this basic package to help you start with your vacation needs.

Windsor Hills resort is a gated community which is manned 24/7. As for the community rules, there is a strict 3 car maximum policy for registered guests to each home, which includes daily visitors. All clubhouse amenities are included in your stay. Daily visitors are not allowed to use the clubhouse amenities, only guests staying on property.

**Please note Sir Windsor Aqua Venture will be closed January 5th 2026- February 13th 2026. Pool will remain open**

This cozy townhouse was clean and absolutely what I had expected based on photos and reviews. Check-in and check-out were easy. The townhouse location was within walking distance to the community pool, arcade, fitness center, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, sand volleyball courts, and playground. It’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, Starbucks, and Disney Springs. It's a little over an hour drive to Kennedy Space Center and Daytona International Speedway. The host was very responsive. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great and beautiful townhome that was close to Disney! We enjoyed the pool, and the fully stocked kitchen so we could cook meals. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoyed a couple of dinners outside! Having a washer and dry was wonderful as it reduced the need to do laundry once home.

Excellent location for ESPN Wide World of Sports Events. 3 bedrooms, each has its own bathroom. Kitchen and living space are open and perfect for entertaining and having family meals. Washer/dryer is upstairs. The community pool is very close, within 3 min of walking. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, etc. Walmart is about 1/2 mile away. We ended up purchasing all of our supplies and leaving them. Cleaning service takes everything after each stay so there are no common left behind supplies like cooking spray, spices, sunscreen, hairspray, etc.

Myself , my wife and 15 year old son stayed at Iceland’s Summer House for 2 weeks and found everything to be exactly what we wanted. The house was as described and shown in the listing. Everything was clean, fresh, and well maintained. The location was brilliant for quick access to parks, amenities etc. .My son used the gym facilities and all of us had a fabulous stay. Disney trip

Our stay was great but the communication could be better. The place was very clean, not far from Disney and the kids loved the community pool. But, As soon as we booked it I asked the booking agent if at all possible to wash the linens and towels in ALL free and clear due to my kids allergies. They replied and said “maybe but they can’t guarantee anything”, which I thought was weird. Because if I’m paying for a service I can tell you what soap to use. Either way I never heard back whether they did or not so I asked again prior to our arrival and they never replied. It’s not a big deal, as parents of kids with food allergies we are used to this so we bring our own linens and towels just in case. Also, they have a block on the thermostat so you cannot lower it more than 70 degrees, so If you like your house really cold like we do, good luck! But all in all, we would stay here again and plan on doing so our next trip to Orlando.

Great Place to Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! Perfect for our family of four, it’s ideally located near both Disney Parks and Universal Studios. The place was clean and well-equipped, with a few starter items to make our arrival easy. Communication with the owners was flawless, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. It’s also just a short walk to the Windsor Hills Club House, which has a great community pool, marketplace, and grill. Plus, Walmart is right up the street for any additional necessities. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a family-friendly, convenient spot near the parks!

The unit was clean and well stocked. Each bedroom has it's own bath. It has a lovely patio. We like the gated community, close to restaurants and shopping... and close to Disney.
