Dirtiest hotel ive ever stayed in

The room was filthy....The tub was never cleaned and when we reported it the guy came with only a rag no cleaning products he cleaned the shower with the shower shampoo....We paid over 500$ for 2 nights and had to clean the room ourselves

This was a last minute decision as we were heading to Disney the next day. The location was great. So much in the area from dining to entertainment. Very safe and clean. We got a suite and it was perfect. Pool area was beautifully kept as well. Pool was warm.

I have stayed here multiple times because of its location and how big the rooms are. This time I noticed my unit had a little bit of a musty odor and the floors seemed to not have been swept very well. But overall I had a great time and the staff is wonderful. Very easy to check in and check out and you are next to a lot of restaurants.

This app made a mistake on my accommodations needed. I did not need a handicap accessible room. The hotel refused to make changes since it was a request by Hotels.com for me to have this accommodation. customer service on the app is not easy to find. details on my account or not easily editable. Floors are dirty feels like a hospital room. Thermostat activated by motion, woke up hot and had to go to the living room to reactivate the ac
