Reservé este hotel para una semana y festejar el cumpleaños de 15 años de mi hija, desde mi llegada tuve una muy mala experiencia, ya que me decían que mi reservación era para otro hotel, me dejaron esperando por 3 horas para solucionarme el problema. Me dieron una habitación diferente a la que yo había reservado, me trajeron buscando la habitación sin poderme dar referencias de donde estaba, ya que la señorita del front desk no sabía. Al día siguiente salí a uno de los parques y al regreso no pude abrir mi habitación con la llave, cuando fui a la front desk me dijeron que yo ya había hecho el check out y ya no tenía acceso a la habitación, mi reservación era por 8 noches, así que me tuvieron esperando a esa hora que llegue del parque como 11 de la noche para que me abrieran la habitación. Resulta que confundieron mi reservación con la de otra persona y hasta cargaron a mi tarjeta gastos de la otra persona que aún no me han regresado. Estuve con mi hija esperando 1 hora esa noche para que me pudieran abrir nuevamente la habitación. La habitación que recibí no estaba del todo limpia y la alfombra estaba mojada de café . La verdad que la experiencia que viví aquí fue terrible. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Dated. Freezing cold in the lobby and breakfast area. Listing shows 3 outdoor pools 1 indoor pool. No mention that at all but 1 are at sister properties. Crib is a pack n play. Delivered with missing leg. TV remote not working properly. Rugs filthy. Shower curtain tattered. Musty. Very disappointed Marriot. Ive never experienced this at any of your properties. Will mot return.

After check in we stepped out and when we got back my wife wanted hot Tea. The front desk guy said he was gonna bring it to the room. I passed out and my wife stayed up waiting for it and never came.

This was a GREAT piece for our family to stay while visiting Disney world. It was clean and updated and the staff members were pleasant. We rented a car and it was only a few minutes to drive to Disney. There is a shuttle but the times didn’t work for us as we were attending after hours Christmas parties however the shuttle is a great feature. There is an outdoor playground for the kids, an arcade, basketball hoop etc plus the pool so there was plenty for the kids to do. They were able to borrow basketballs and soccer balls from the front desk to play in the little quad area. Overall we were very pleased especially for the price - we will definitely be back next time we go to Orlando!

I needed non-feather pillows found all feather pillows in our room tried to call the front desk for hours on end. Nobody answered the phone. My husband went down. They said they would send somebody with non-feather pillows. One girl came that did not speak English with one feather pillow said she’d be back with. with no feather pillows, she never showed up again continually tried to call the front desk and another guest picked up the phone down there frantic because he was trying to check in and there was no one at the front desk, a major safety concern, and allergy concern. We did not feel safe stay in there checked out the next day and the manager told me she marked my account that Expedia would regund me she knew she had a problem there that night. well, unfortunately, she keeps having multiple excuses why she can’t give the information that Expedia needs to refund me after she gave me the code. This needs to be taken care of immediately.

This was our second stay here in 3 months. The beds are ultra comfortable and the breakfast choices are fantastic. There are 8 Mickey waffle makers!!!! I enjoyed the pool for a short time the day of checkout. We will return here when in the Disney area for sure!
