This place is very close to WDW without staying at a resort and the property seems pretty good some things seem a little dated but all in all it was a good property the only issue I had is when I needed the front seat or anything from them there was only 1 or 2 people up front and they were always busy checking people in and there was no way to call the front seat I tried several times , the breakfast was pretty good waffles were adorable

The breakfast was good, mainly eggs, sausage, and either potatoes or another dish plus waffles to make were served daily. Thwres daily fruit and coffee/tea/juices which we loved. My 3 day stay was $356 on expedia.com, but they charged $488 to my card upon arrival with no explanation, and i was absolutely too tired to protest, but i made sure to confirm I'dbe refunded the difference. The playarea was nice, my kids enjoyed it. The bath was okay. The room was a little bit small, and the beds were okay also. However I wont advise that you sleep on the pull out couch. My 2 smaller kids slept on it, they didnt complain but i wouldn't have if i had to. We didn't need parking as we used the Lyft and there is a parking fee per night. There are 2 other Marriot properties on the compound which made it seem like a real village. The staff were friendly. Yes, we were approached to sit down for a 90min presentation, in exchange for us receiving a $150 gift card. All in all our family of 6 was satisfied. The shuttle to disney etc was on time and left on time, so dont be late to catch it.

Hotel is great. No one bothered to tell us anything when we checked in like where to park so we don't have to walk a mile to the room. We discovered on our own that there's parking right outside our door on the other side. No information provided about the area or shuttles etc

The breakfast was good and we also enjoyed the pool area. The only complain we have is about the people coming to us multiple times about a presentation especially while we’re tying to eat breakfast. Other than that it was a great stay
