Orleans stay

The manager was very accomodating to my son and his fiance. They felt welcomed and comfortable.The locaton in the middle of Orleans was perfect. Too bad it was too cold for a swim in the pool. It looked great.

It is a nice motel with breakfast included (seasonal) . Convenient location with lots of dining and shopping. Also has a nice outdoor pool Rooms are good size, bathroom is small but clean. Rooms on a second floor accessible by a very steep wooden staircases, that is a pretty good downside to visitors with restricted mobility or just large luggage I did not see an elevator :) nor was I offered help with luggage. Kitchen and breakfast are clean and cosy Overall, we did not have any issues and were pretty happy with the property for the price.
