Helpful staff Was an issue with my room but I was then upgraded and the room was great. Loved it! And the most comfy bed ever! Amazing breakfast with so much choice/variety. The only negative for me was it wasn’t locted in the best neighbourhood (though not far from the centre) and i didn’t feel comfortable being a solo female walking to and from the hotel to get everywhere.

Clean room. Comfortable beds. Staff very helpful and kind. Easy checkin & out The hotel location is near restaurant & transportation. They served delicious breakfast, so many many choices of buffet style, i love the caviar. Place is safe. There's 7-11 near by if you want to buy quick snack .

The location has convenient acces to public transportation; a three minute walk to a tram and bus stop; ten minute walk to the central train station. Two of the tram lines will take you straight to Vigeland Park without transferring. When we had to leave, we walked to the train station with our luggage for an easy ride to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Our room on the sixth floor was small but comfortable and very quiet. Rooms on the sixth floor are up in the roof, so the ceiling slopes down steeply and the window is a skylight, with limited view.
