The property was very clean and pool area beautiful. We were there for 1 night and the room was okay for just 1 day. It had no patio facing the pool so it had a feel of a motel. The price was high for what the room actually was. To many other options near by.

Terrible lack of enforcement of quiet hours: Unruly kids jumping out of beds on floor above, treating room like playground starting at 7:15a on a Saturday. We thought a villa might avoid this. Try no kids on top floor as everyone suffers!

We love going here, but if they started charging for parking unfortunately. In addition, I don’t like if you call room service it’s an automated system and not very receptive. Lastly, the pool area with the screen… they need to include more relevant shows not shows that are 15 years old, should option to change or make requests. They also closed the kids water park area 30 minutes early without an explanation.
