We love going here, but if they started charging for parking unfortunately. In addition, I don’t like if you call room service it’s an automated system and not very receptive. Lastly, the pool area with the screen… they need to include more relevant shows not shows that are 15 years old, should option to change or make requests. They also closed the kids water park area 30 minutes early without an explanation.

My husband and I stayed here for our 5 year anniversary and absolutely loved it. The room/villa was very spacious, clean, and nice and cold. The pool was a great time as well. They have a large screen outdoor TV and had the football games on while we were out there. We will be staying here again very soon.

The property was overcrowded and on certain nights it seemed that people that were not staying on/at the property were in the pool practically ever night ( Perhaps the staffs family). Pool waters were never clear possibly because of the overcrowded conditions and non paying customers in attendance.

The only thing that has completely changed is that people have to stay quiet early if not they will be evicted. Sadly losing their money and experience with their families. The family kicked out was not being loud, but two doors down a full blown party was popping until 1 am with no one stopping them from being loud.
