-The shower and tub has an issue. Tub was clogged, shower didn't have a good flow. -Coffee maker is broken -Our room was near the road you can hear the cars passing.

Our room was not very clean. Bathroom floor was dirty next to toilet. While entry room had a dusty floor. Needed to wear flip flops inside the room. Neither hot tub was hot one was warm one was cold. The lady working the front desk was AMAZING unfortunately I can’t remember her name.

Loved how nice the staff was. It was really quiet and relaxing. Only issue was the heated pool didn't really feel heated. But everything else was great.

Average room, but outdated bath fixtures that were hard to figure out, and hard to get to work. Lobby doesn't open until 7:30am, which means you have to leave the keys in your room if you need to check out earlier. A bit overpriced for what you get, especially since it's not within walking distance to downtown. You have to drive to everything. On our weeklong trip staying in the Bay Area, Carmel, Solvang, and Palm Springs, we stayed in nicer rooms and better locations for less money.
