Nauti raikkaista merituulen ja pitkien laiskojen iltapäivien varauksesta, kun varaat oleskelusi tässä merenrantahotellissa Panama City Beach. Mukana on jaettu uima-allas ja stressiä sulattava kylpytynnyri sekä 2 rantatuolia kauden aikana (3/15 - 10/15) ja maanpinnan katettu pysäköintialue, et ehkä koskaan halua lähteä! 



Suoraan rannalle pääsyyn vain muutaman askeleen päässä voit purjelautailla, vuokrata vesihiihtoa ja jopa pelata rantalentopalloa. Alle kahden mailin päässä vuokraamastasi, perheesi varmasti nauttii matkasta Gulf Worldiin delfiininäyttelyyn, linnunäyttelyyn ja moniin muihin eläinten kohtaamisiin tai nauttia ostospäivästä Pier Park -puistossa, joka sijaitsee noin mailin päässä.



Pitkän ulkona vietetyn päivän jälkeen heitä hiekkaiset vaatteesi yksityiseen pesukoneeseen / kuivausrumpuun ja katso, miten aallot virtaavat parvekkeelle kylmän juoman kanssa kädessä. Let down

I was no impressed. 1st they could’ve told me about the construction of the property. There’s no parking at all right now. 2nd. The unit was nasty. Dirty dishes in the washer. Food and snacks on the floor along with some girls 3 inch nail. Found a bag of weed and 4 blunt roaches on the balcony. 3rd the unit needs an update for what y’all charge. My cousin was just sitting in the recliner and went to stretch back and the recliner flipped over and he hit his head ended up in a small cut. So I had to spend my time cleaning the unit and washing dishes the day we got there. The beds and bathrooms where the only thang clean. Oh and I hope they finally fixed the middle elevator bc it’s about to drop and hurt someone. Thanks but we want be staying here again. The view was the only thang worth it.

Aquavista condo

The only thing good about this condo is the location. Both bathroom shower curtains had mold on them, so I called the property manager and they had someone change them out. There is also mold on the bathroom walls in certain spots; thankfully I had my Lysol. Both toilet bowls were disgusting, so much so that as I looked under the rim, I saw a solid black line about a quarter of an inch wide of dried poop. I had already brought Lysol wipes and spray with me, so I just sucked it up and cleaned them with the bowl brush, since the cleaning crew is terrible anyway. When I looked under my bed, there was someones rolled up sock, and then looking under the living room couch there was food and a childs ball. The sliding door to the balcony was very hard for my wife and kids to open since the track was badly bent. The shower in the master bath was stained with rust as well as mold and the guest bath had mold also. The extra pillows in the master bedroom were all stained with no pillow cases, we wanted to use the extra pillows but my wife was too grossed out by the stains on them. All the sheets had black marks on them. I would never stay here again! The owners need to get a new cleaning crew and some updates to the furniture which was soiled also, and new sliding door and new pillows and sheets and new showers and ceilings which were stained as well.

Good complex, not so great unit.

A few lights were not working and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. I reported it to the management by email and never heard back from them. We rented another condo in this complex as well and it was much cleaner, beds were more comfortable everything was in working order and it cost less (802e). The management for that property was better at communicating and provided instructions and an app with all the information needed 48 hours before check in. This condo provides the info 5 mins before check in by email. We were supposed to be furnished a parking pass but it was not in the condo. I filled out an extra that I had printed at home from the other listing thank goodness I had that. It is a great location though the beach is not crowded; we will return but will not rent this unit.

Major water leak in master bathroom

Did not have all the gate codes listed on confirmation email. Parking gate and beach access. Fortunately property management was quick to answer and supply information. Major issue was there was a long standing water leak in the master bathroom. This made the bathroom completely unusable as water was pouring from the ceiling into the tub and surrounding floor. It had obviously been an existing problem which had we know we would have booked elsewhere. They did a partial refund but the unit should not have been rented. Fortunately, we were able to find alternate accommodations however we feel that we should should have received a full refund for the inconvenience.

Good location, not very clean

It wasn’t crowded at the beach and parking was good. The room was not clean, the sheets were stained and the light didn’t work in one room. The bathrooms were not cleaned at all, mold on the curtains, mold and rust all in the tub and the roof leaked in one shower and in the kitchen. Would stay for the location but would request a different room for sure.

Quick trip to the beach

Great view of the beach, beds were comfy, everything we needed in the kitchen, including storage containers for leftovers. Elevators and fire alarms were being tested and worked on during our stay, which we don’t mind at all, and see it as a positive, that maintenance and upkeep is being done on the property as a whole. We would stay in this unit again.
