Beach Therapy

We enjoyed our stay. Only thing I might say is the bunk room seemed a bit warmer than the other bedroom when the fan was on. Otherwise, everything was great!

Girls Trip - May 2023

We had an amazing time in 30A! The pool was steps away from our back porch and the beach was just a short walk away. The cottage came with a wagon that made hauling our cooler and bags to the beach easy. The beach was beautiful and not busy at all. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Our only complaint was that the dinning room chairs could use some cushions, they were not comfortable to sit in.

Perfect vacation

Beautiful Vacation Rental

Great Getaway

Stayed here with wife and family and dogs. The only hiccup we had was the initial door code didn't work when we arrived. They quickly gave us a backup code and it worked great. 5 minute walk from private beach, clean property, cool spot for a nice cottage getaway. Recommend highly.

Sweet Spot

We really enjoyed our month here. We brought our 17 year old dog with us. It is a dog friendly neighborhood that even provides a poop bag station. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook including a grill. We were pleased to find the TV included Netflix and other streaming stations. The walk to the beach was simple and the sand and surf were just what we needed. We went out to eat often. We’d recommend The Donut Hole, and Backbeach Barbecue for good simple food. We enjoyed a trip to the zoo in Panama City. We splurged and got to hold a baby kangaroo named Sandy. I definitely recommend this sweet cottage.

Beach Therapy is a Great Little Cottage

This was our first vacation on 30-A and we fell in love with the beach, bike trails and cute shops just a bike ride away from the cottage. Beach Therapy is light, airy and well decorated. What attracted me to the cottage was the setting of all the beach cottages, landscaping and the centralized location of the pool as well as the close walking distance to the beach. My kids and grandkids loved having the pool and gate right off the steps of the back porch. The kitchen was well stocked and everything in working order with the exception of a broken kitchen cabinet hinge we found upon arrival and reported to the maintenance man. This was no issue to me he removed the cabinet door until he was able to find a hinge to replace it with. I would like to mention that the cleaning company did not do a good job before we arrived. The kitchen floor was still very dirty and needed mopping and the linens in the bedroom with the queen bed were made up with dirty sheets with hair and sand in them. I stripped the bed and washed everything before we went to sleep. We arrived to check in at 4:20pm and it’s possible that the person cleaning didn’t get through although he stated he had just finished cleaning everything. All in all I would stay there again. Nice little cottage community setting.

Easy and convenient

This was a lovely quaint cottage in a great location.The rental was nicely stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking. The unit opens up to the pool area which is nice for keeping an eye on your kids while they swim. Obviously, it's not right on the beach but the walk is easy and not far. It just takes a little bit of common sense to wait until the traffic stops before using the crosswalk. We had to call management out for one issue and they responded in a timely manner. This is a great one level house perfect for a family with kids. Overall, we were very pleased.

Clean and comfortable

Cute little cottage a 5 minute walk from a beach access. It is actually a very good location for beach access as compared to many of the other developed areas north of 30A. Very clean and kitchen well appointed with cook pans and baking pans. Convenient drive to restaurants and shopping. Bikeable to The Hub and Rosemary Beach. Pool and jacuzzi functional and well used by residents but little ambience and could use more frequent cleaning especially after storms. They did have hair dryers, beach chairs, and a wagon for our use which wasn’t listed on the amenities. Wish we had known since we purchased all those items to bring and didn’t need to. The rental company that Benchmark recommends and gives you a credit towards is not very good. The bikes were not in good condition and had to be exchanged/fixed. They also said they couldn’t supply beach chairs or umbrellas to this location on the beach. There were two other companies right at our beach access which we could have rented an umbrella and chairs from. We had a roof leak while there that was being addressed but I would verify that it is fixed if rain is in the forecast. They did respond very quickly to our notification. There were 4 bath towels and lots of wash cloths but only two hand towels in each bathroom. Overall, it was perfectly fine and I would recommend it for a small family.

Perfect in every way!

Beach Therapy is perfectly appointed and very clean. The pool was cold but otherwise beautiful. We never used the hot tub so can’t speak to that. The neighbors are very friendly and kind . The location was easy driving to Rosemary Beach, The Hub and Seaside. Would love to visit again and highly recommend it!!

Super cute cottage

We are very picky. The cottage is not only clean it’s super clean. The walk to the beach is short. Location is close to lots of places The cottage is so cute very updated and fully stocked. Anything we needed was provided The pool and hot tub is steps away. We fully enjoyed our nearly two week stay we were able to bring our little Maltese dog and that was part of why we chose this cottage. We will definitely recommend the beach therapy cottage to friends!! Thank you for sharing your cottage?? 🏖🏖🏖🏖

Beautiful Location, Clean and Inviting Stay

Vacation Delight

Wonderful spot for our first stay at 30A. Everything was as described, clean, and well equipped. Pool right out the door, beach just a short walk (even with a 2.5 yr old!). So close to all the little towns to pick and choose where to go! Would not hesitate to come back to the same spot again!
