Anna rakkaillesi lomapaikka tällä Gulfside-huoneistolla! Rantapehmeistä hiekkailta perkeisiin, kuten yhteinen uima-allas ja poreallas, hauskaa ei ole loppua.









Aloita päiväsi siirtymällä alas valkoiselle hiekalle ja lämpimille Persianlahden aalloille rannalla. Voit levätä nukkaisella rantapyyhkeellä tai keinua Bikini Bobin (parhaimmat katkarapuja rannalla!) tai Poolside Tiki -baarissa virvokkeita ja välipaloja. Erityisen leveä rantatie tarjoaa helpon pääsyn kaiken ikäisille. Voit varata vesihiihto- tai purjelautailuseikkailun aivan lomakohteen ulkopuolelle, tai hypätä autossa ja etsiä seikkailua!









Pitkän päivän jälkeen ota purra syödäksesi Hammerhead Fredin tai Spinnakerin luona. Kaksi kiddie-allasta, kaksi kylpytynnyriä ja iso uima-allas rannalta ovat kaikki sinun nauttia lämpimämpinä päivinä, samoin kuin koripallo- ja tenniskentät sekä arcade-pelit lapsille. Katso parvekkeesi säilytyslaatikosta rantatuoleja, sateenvarjoa ja hiekkaleluja, jotta vierailustasi tulee entistä rentouttavampaa auringonpaisteessa. Pysäytä paikan päällä sijaitsevan pesula- / lähikaupan vieressä ja poimi kaikki viime hetken tärkeät asiat, kuten aurinkovoide tai juomat, ennen kuin lähdet päivälle seikkailuun. Jos sää on liian kylmä, nauti saunasta ja kuntosalista sisätiloissa tai käytä elokuvien vuokrauspalvelua paikan päällä löytääksesi hauskan elokuvan. Huoneistostasi on leuan pudottava näkymä rannalle, viihtyisä olohuone ja keittiö vain muutaman askeleen päässä.

Wouldn’t stay again

The access to the ocean was the only good thing about this stay. The hotel room smelt like pot. There were stains on the sheets. They said they cleaned the room but we found hair ties and trash that wasn’t ours. And the elevator was crazy only 2 for 13 floors and it would go crazy and skip floors

1st off, I have stayed at the summit for years now. I have always rented from owners. Had a room booked, owner made a mistake lost that room so I rented from Vacasa on VRBO Huge mistake. As others had said in their reviews Black mold on the ceiling, in the kitchen, inside kitchen cabinet livingroom, hall and around the front door. The kitchen being the worst. Called my 1st day, as this is unacceptable being my elderly Mother n law was there, plus my whole family. They sent someone to look and correct the problem. The person stated it was "mildew" and spray painted Kilz on the ceiling with my family in the room, standing on a bar stool. Not safe or professional. Afterwards my room was covered in paint dust so I had to clean all that off of stuff. The people I did talk to 3 times at Vacasa were super nice. They asked if I would like to speak to a manager, which never happened, no text no call no email. I guess since they sent someone they were done with us. They told me the room would be make clean before anyone else rented it. I left Sept 26 2020. It was cool when we 1st got there. But by the endnof the week, the air does not work. Wouldn't have done any good to call, because the last time I called they stated my ticket had already been closed out so nothing new would be done. The Summit has hardly any security anymore. The gates stay open all the time, no one at the gate office. The front office check in was good. With covid you have to wait outside so not to many people are inside. Not a problem. The Summit does need attention, I know work is going on as the you can see the building is being painted. But the hot tubs are terrible. And no one supervises, because small kids use it as small pools. I had to tell a kid his long float does not belong in the 1 working hot tub. Rent from an owner not a place, unless you know the business. We were told to turn our music down at 8:30 at the grills. We did and took it to the beach. For the next 3 night the music at the pools lasted until midnight. I guess because there was 10 of us and 20 of them. Watched 3 fights, 1 with the police involved. And still only 1 security guard. I love the summit have for years. But the people who don't care are making it bad!

The room stinks and there’s black mold on the ceiling. The a/c blows very faint out the vents so the room stayed hot. We called and complained and management said that a technician is going to see about it but the technician never seen about the a/c. The room stayed hot the entire week.

We were unable to check in on time due to it was still being cleaned, the dryer is missing a handle, tv didn’t work til last day. Water went out on second day. Tried calling maintenance multiple times & no one ever came.

property is under construction and not informed of this when booking, workers outside our room and the elevators sandblasting leaving dust and water everywhere our first day there, 2nd day they were doing the same on the floor above, third day we just left early, body was sore anyway from the terrible mattress in the master bedroom, dishwasher not hooked into the cabinet & falls forward when opening, clock in living room battery dead, hook in master bathroom falling off the door, not enough towels, carpet nasty, outdated furniture

First issue: ELEVATOR's are HORRIBLE..they are not consistent and are extremely SLOW. Spend most of your time WAITING on them. Not a very family friendly environment, as compared to other beach communities we have been to.

Had its good and bad

A lot needed attention. Walls that were repaired needed repainted. Remotes to tv in bedroom didn’t work. King size bed in only bedroom had a thin foam covering that wasn’t comfortable. Don’t know if it was mattress or foam that made it that way? Stove eyes were all all loose but didn’t hurt cooking. Front drawer facing was off and found in broom closet. I didn’t call because I’m on vacation and don’t want to be bothered. It wasn’t hurting my stay. Garbage disposal sounded aweful. Just a lot of little things. When I pay top dollar I just expected better cosmetics. Nothing me and my girls couldn’t deal with.

Broken drawers,cabinet, sink wouldn’t drain,stovetop half worked,balcony railing loose with broken floor tiles and concrete, drywall mud unsanded on the bathroom wall,only three towels and two wash cloths for the first three days. Could be a great place with some effort.

Perfect location and great parking!

The Summit is where this condo is and I love we did not have to park down the street or use a parking garage or even fight for parking - plenty of spaces. Two great pools as well as hot tubs and tiki bar. You walk right out to the beach, nothing separates you from the sand! Spinnaker beach club is right beside the hotel and was delicious as well as a great patio to overview the ocean while you eat. We were not far from shell island but our beach was not overcrowded either. Our condo was just the right size and I was thankful for the two bathrooms with a spacious master bedroom. I would definitely stay here again and again!
