Communication is bad when we arrive one of the bathroom have a problem we were told someone will come and fix it We kept waiting and called few time they kept telling us they coming till 10 o’clock at night I called they told me it is too late now for someone to come we wasted the whole evening waiting

Know before you go

Im no complainer, nor did i have time to stay and wait on someone, but just know you cannot take 2 showers at once...hot water will not last....the dryer does not dry the clothes at all.it says there are grills on property but never found them... 1 window wont lock...sliding glass door wouldnt lock..Other than that we had a great time..It just would have been nice to know before i came.

The good & the bad

The view was amazing.The pool/hot tubs excellent. The power of the showers and hot water was great! If there’s more than 4 occupants, there’s not enough coffee cups. The primary bedroom mattress needs replacing. Very uncomfortable (includes main room sofa).The vent hole in the ceiling in the primary bath needs the cover replaced. The fan light in the main room did not work. It took me 2 days to get access to the garage. After speaking to several VACASA employees and them sending the wrong link(said they’d call back& didn’t one hung up on me) the woman in the MJB office helped me out which isn’t their policy. Thank heavens for her. Spoke with a guy who showed up to replace the air filter, informed him that both toilets ran and the spare room window did not lock(security kept after us about this). He said he’d report it. No one showed up or called. I guess if you were a short stay it would be fine but given any longer than 1 week I’d think twice. Condo needs TLC

It was ok clean, it really needs to have a update of the place. It would have been nice to have at least 2 chairs or more out on the balcony, the chairs to the tables loose and was afraid that they were going to break. There was a dead uh or something on the ceiling in the master bedroom, and the carpet looked really dirty and old.

Easy Fix

The location and cleanliness of the condo was great other than a few moldy spots in the master bedroom and crushed bug on the wall that hung out our entire stay cause it was too high. There was no access to wifi and communication with the owner or "contact person" was nonexistent. The remote to watch tv during our downtime was extremely frustrating to work with I guess cause of low battery. There was a cigarette smoke smell in the master bath. The upgraded sectional was a great surprise it had my mom and I searching for it online for our personal home. All the inconveniences in this condo were minor and could be easily fixed but overall it was a great stay!

Could use a deep clenaing

Elevators were beyond horrible. We wasted probably half of our time going up and down in hot weather without air. The rooms ac was awful. Could not turn it down any. We had to go buy fans. I also bought cleaner and cleaned on my vacation for my family. As expensive as the room was we were highly disappointed.

Rough...

Location and view are top notch. That is about all however. Building 2 has 3 elevators for a massive amount of rooms resulting in extremely long waits for the elevators. We checked in on Saturday evening. After buying a load of groceries, we discovered that the refrigerator did not cool. We lost about half of our groceries to that, the rest we had to stuff in the freezer until it was fixed on Monday. The ice maker did not function, and property manager told us that they did not like to run it because it was “too much maintenance”. We had to buy bags of ice all week. On Sunday morning, our air conditioner quit working. After going back and forth with property manager, a repairman was finally sent to fixed the unit on Monday. Master bedroom fan does not have controls so it only goes at low speed. Master shower drain is backed up causing several inches of water to pool while showering. Water pressure is high, but sometimes both showers will randomly cut off and sputter while showering. Other than those items, we enjoyed the beach.

Resort alone is pretty. Condo lacks attention.

The condo itself is really pretty however we had issues since the first day. The balcony light does not work. Along with the dryer and stove. We were fortunate enough to go out and eat most of the days, but there was one day when we purchased all the food to cook and it turns out the stove doesn't work. This will be in issue for people who strictly go for the beach and don't care for the restaurants. We did call Vacasa and they would send a person to come look at the balcony light and stove but never did. We also tried drying our clothes twice and it was still left wet. The condo is pretty like mentioned above but it does need fixing and attention. Another thing that did not work was the strings to turn on the light and fan. They are really stiff and you can't turn the light off from the string, so it was either light and fan or just light. The shower curtains also have a lot of mold which makes it uncomfortable for you to shower. The resort is very pretty and the workers are the nicest. but the condo does really need to be worked on.

The property was amazing. There was little things here and there that needs attention but nothing 30 minutes wouldn't fix. For example the dryer needs to be replaced,,drying clothes took alot longer than it should. The back patio light is out. But overall a very homie stay. Will definitely come back

Perfect getaway for 4 adults

Perfect getaway for 4 adults. Everything you need in the kitchen and enough space where you don’t feel crammed. 23rd floor which came with an incredible view. Unfortualtey, all elevators stopped working at one point which was a major inconvenience (this obviously isn’t the owners fault) but still a hassle. Perfect condo, would stay again!!
