While we appreciated the hotel’s convenient location near the airport and found the room to be spacious with a nice bathroom, we experienced a significant issue with the temperature. Our room was very cold throughout our stay. Although the front desk agent was helpful and sent a maintenance person after I reported that the thermostat was not working, the issue was not resolved. Unfortunately the room remained cold and both my husband and I have since caught a cold.
