Good but could have been better

First, it was difficult to find. It will be helpful if there is a sign post in the airport (other hotel have it). Amenities are basic. Booked an airport view for my son but did not get it. TV remote was difficult to use (it is a replacement remote). Too scared to use the kettle, it looks very old.

Between 1:00am and 2:0am there was a weird noise, almost like if someone kept pushing a sliding door back and forth. Not acceptable for a poace that ia supposed to be used for sleeping.

Very easy to get to the CDG airport with the frequently running train just steps from the front door. We had an early flight and the train started running at 4 AM! It was a quick ride, maybe 10 minutes and there were elevators to make it easy for us with lather suitcases. The hotel staff were griendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good with even gluten free selections and the rooms were clean and spacious!

It was comfortable enough. Breakfast needs some help and at times there were no cups or plates. Also, a housekeeper came into our room without knocking on the door which is not acceptable.

This is a very nice, clean hotel and it is convenient to the airport but we found it very difficult to get to if you aren’t familiar with how to get around in CDG airport. It does require a certain amount of walking with luggage if you don’t have a car.

Stained carpets throughout the hotel, room and couch bed. AC was weak, room was hot. No coffee maker and the espresso instant coffee had crusty/sticky food on them and it was dirty. Didn’t use them. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed. We didn’t have time for breakfast but they had coffee and pastries for those with an earlier flight (which it was very nice).
