The front end staff were so very helpful and polite. The hotel stored my dog flight crates for me and it really made my vacation so much easier. The hotel is clean and well supplied, breakfast excellent. The bar menu could use a few fresh food ideas and the empanadas could be 5 for €5 not 3, seems a little measly. Overall a nice place to stay by CDG airport.

Staff are very nice there. We had the buffet set dinner and they were very good also. Bed linens were good and comfortable to sleep in. Location was an easy access from airport by AirTrain. Overall much better than my expectations.

It takes us about one and half hours to get this hotel. There is a shuttle buss sign for this hotel but no shuttle bus. For a new visitor, it is so difficult to get in train station. Service is not good. Our room do note have wifi and ask front desk service to help. They are only tell us they can not help and with bad attitude.
