Our thermostat was broken, pullout cushions worn and torn, the pullout sheet was ripped and we had to call for bedding. Employee said they’d be back to fix thermostat and never returned. Check in never gave info re breakfast, checkout time etc.

The hotel sent an email giving me information on how to get to the hotel from the airport shuttle. When I replied with a question they responded quickly. The Shuttle was not very easy to find due to poor signage in the airport. Once I made it to the correct drop off "Parking PR" it was not clearly marked off the shuttle as to which direction to walk to find the hotel. It wasn't far and I was able to find the path leading to hotel. It is a very short walk on a covered walkway to Hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was really just a fan. It didn't seem to get any cooler when I lowered the t-stat level which was unfortunate. Overall I do recommend this hotel for comfort (except temperature), cleanliness, courteous staff and distance from airport terminal.

when it stated airport shuttle we expected shuttle from airport direct to the hotel as our party had mobility issues with walking and had been having assistance in the airport with wheelchair only to find that we had to go and take a train and then get off at the 3rd stop and then walk from there to the hotel - it took a toll on the individual due to heart and knees took a bit to get to hotel then he needed to recover from the walk - very thankful that the one staff member in the evening told us that there was a direct express shuttle that we paid a small fee for that took us directly back to terminal 2 at the airport otherwise we would have had to walk back to the train then get to airport and then try and navigate to where we needed to go in terminal 2
