I loved the aura. Staff was welcoming, I got free waterpark tickets due to it being my son birthday. Only thing I didn’t like was the fact that there was no MEAT at breakfast at all. Maybe in the Sausage gravy lol. And my circular bathroom mirror light didn’t light as advertised.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping was excellent. I did not like that on my last day there with my children, breakfast ended at 9:00am, when the front desk clerk told me 9:30am and then proceeded to tell me that I heard wrong, that she said 9:00am. Also the website says breakfast ended at 9:30am. So I had to take my family on a all-day college tour without breakfast because there was no breakfast and the kitchen staff took all the food back in before 9am. Not happy about that at all. I also missed my flight due to no fault of my own. The airlines gave me and my family complimentary new tickets for a later flight, but the management staff at Springhill Suites refused to reimburse me for the missed check in day. I paid for a whole day, without being there even after I explained what occurred. That was absolutely unfair.

Fabulous stay here! Everything was clean, well taken care, people were extremely friendly and so helpful! Breakfast was constantly stocked and freah. Pool was clean and fun. Felt very safe and was a quiet area. Beds were very firm, but that is a preference. Would stay again without a second thought!!!

We found the hotel located in a nice area . Very close to restaurants. As we were on our motorcycle, management was nice enough to allow us to park it under the over hang close to the front .

Reserved a king room weeks ago but checking in we’re told none available. Maybe 6 cars in the parking lot. 36 years of sleeping in the same bed and now we couldn’t and never understood why we couldn’t get a king bed. If we would have been told when we booked we definitely could have found a different hotel. Plus trash in the room and ketchup on the table all sticky. Terrible breakfast.
