The property is on a quiet street and has a very chilled vibe. Beautiful garden and pool area surrounded by mango trees and a sitting eating area. Staff are warm and friendly and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Easy access to street markets, museums and the Royal Palace as well as the riverside.

The staff at the Blue Lime are friendly and courteous and always ready with a smile. The property is super clean, quiet and and has a beautiful garden area with a swimming pool. The riverside, museum, the Royal Palace and great restaurants and street food all within walking distance. I highly recommend the Blue Lime.

The hotel was affordable and in a great location. Very easy to walk to the Grand Palace and other areas, decent free breakfast. Pool area looked nice but we didn't get a chance to use it. Staff was nice and helpful, though communication was difficult at times. The rooms are very basic. They need a deep clean, paint job, and upgrade. It was clean enough, but definitely not a place I felt completely comfortable.

Blue lime just fine

Good value for money, good location and breakfast was just fine( good coffee).The guy who worked nights was particularly nice as was breakfast guy who also was my tuk tuk driver! Prefer no plastic water bottles just a refill option and glass bottles. Ask for rooms on lower floors or you’ll feel like u did a step class just getting to your room.

Horrible experience, The alley to this hotel was on was absolutely disgusting garbage and very poor condition Road. Do not use the laundry service extremely expensive I was charged $7 for 5 items and they lost my laundry bag and would not do anything about it. The room was noisy you could hear everything from the street below. Tuk Tuc drivers outside were like leaches and wanted to charge double what pass app charged so be careful, use the app you will get a better price and friendly service.

HÎtel un peu vieillot mais les principaux critÚres de confort sont au rendez-vous. Air conditionné, bon ventilateur de plafond, coffre dans la chambre. Pour passer dans la salle de bains il faut traverser le balcon. Piscine dans le jardin. Agréable en période de grandes chaleurs. Service sans enthousiasme. Au final, compte tenu du prix raisonnable, une adresse convenable.

Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und gemĂŒtlich. Der Rezeptionist war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Portionen beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck sind sehr klein, es war viel zu wenig. Der Fruchtteller besteht nur aus ein paar StĂŒckchen FrĂŒchten, bei den Pancakes bekommt man nur drei kleine Pancakes. Mehr gibt es nicht erklĂ€rte der Manager auf unsere Beschwerde hin. Generell ist das Hotel nur oberflĂ€chlich sauber, in den Ecken oder an nicht zugĂ€nglichen Stellen wurde augenscheinlich nicht geputzt. Teilweise war noch Dreck/Haare der letzten GĂ€ste im Badezimmer. Entgegen der Bilder hatte unser Zimmer kein Moskito-Netz ĂŒber dem Bett; im Zimmer waren leider viele MĂŒcken. Generell war das Zimmer sehr abgewohnt. Das Bad hatte irgendwo ein Leck, jedenfalls war der Fußboden dauerhaft ĂŒberflutet. Die Dusche hatte nur sehr geringen Wasserdruck und das Wasser war nur lauwarm.

Our stay at Blue Lime was absolutely the best experience! The airline lost our luggage, and if it was not for the help of all of the staff, specifically "Jack" and "Reach", our trip to Cambodia could have been a disaster. They coordinated the delivery of our luggage to us as well as taking incredible care of us during our stay. So much care, that we decided to change our plans at the end of our trip to go back and stay several more nights. Beautiful property, pool was wonderful, gardens were amazing, bed was sooooo comfortable, a/c did the trick and walking distance to the river front, royal palace and delicious food. Also, we absolutely LOVED the friendly tuk-tuk drivers that were willing to take us to various sites (Mr. Thoun was our favorite, and he went above and beyond). Overall, we WILL be back to Blue Lime to see our friends.

Der Aussenbereich mit Pool etc. ist ganz schön gemacht. Das Bett ist bequem und die Ausstattung war grundsÀtzlich gut. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass das Zimmer nicht so aussieht wie auf den Fotos. Es war vor allem oberflÀchlich geputzt worden und das vermutlich einmal schöne Zimmer war etwas heruntergekommen. Der Boden hatte flecken, die Lampen waren staubig etc. Der Balkon war mit alten Pflanzen, einer Garderobe und einer kaputten Sofaecke vollgestellt. Wir haben nach einer Nacht in ein anderes Hotel gewechselt, auch weil wir in unserer letzten Nacht in Phnom Penh einen schönen Abschluss haben wollten.

Le Blue lime est aujourd'hui tout simplement a éviter. Les photos ne correspondent plus a la réalité. Les belles et grandes chambres ne sont plus proposées a la clientÚle, seul reste les petites chambres dont certaines aux troisiÚme étage sans ascenseur. Le responsable n'aurait pas eu le temps de les enlever du site. Nous avons été accueillis par un réceptionniste allongé sur les canapés dans le hall d'entrée. La propreté est douteuse car le personnel n'est pas suffisant pour des raisons de covid. Nous avons meme trouvé un cafard dans la chambre. Bref le blue lime est devenu un hotel bas de gamme. Nous avons refusé de prendre nos chambres pour nous rendre dans un hotel correct. HOTEL.COM sera informé a nos retour.

Far far from "fabulous."

Far from "fabulous," I couldn't wait to leave. Morning was metal grinding from next door, evenings was thunderous club music from a nearby bar into the wee hours. Room furnishings were early Khmer Rouge. Toilet seat was totally broken and wifi dodgy as hell. Informed mgm't who said "We'll check," which loosely translated means "Don't hold your breath." Pool and lobby are pretty for photos, but the rest of the place hasn't been touched in 30 years. Another fellow begged for 3 days just to get fresh towels. Also rife with mosquitos. Breakfast very basic. For a laugh, order the pancakes. You'll see. In a decade of travel, this may rank as the most overrated place I have stayed. One calls into question the veracity of the positive reviews.

Un service presque inexsistant: 5 minutes d'attente Ă  l'arrivĂ©e pour voir arriver un responsable, chambre pas nettoyĂ©e le 2e jour breakfast: le plus mauvais que j'ai eu en 50 ans de voyages : pas de jus, pas de cuisinier le lundi, juste un plat froid, aucun fruit.... en bref lamentable

It was like an oasis in a city that is pretty hot and dirty. Pool was great staff were helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it an excellent is that we had the wrong room at first (double bed and we had requested 2twins). But they changed it as soon as they could.

The staff was exceptional, the location ideal, and the pool common area was an oasis. Our room was a bit loud at night - pigeons and a weird generator noise - but this is probably only the case on the top floor and we still very much cherished our time there.

The check-in staff were extremely pleasant. The hotel seems to cater mainly for the Chinese market. But this is not a problem, in fact probably a bonus as the pool was always empty. The breakfast was nothing special, but then it's not a 5 star hotel. So all in all, I would say it's OK if you want to go to a budget hotel that is a bit different.
