Fine for a quick overnight to/from Sky Harbor. A bit shabby. Our TV only got one channel and the bathroom had one dim light. The night attendant was very nice.

Good service, broken elevator

The manger was very kind and helpful she helped revise our Uber arrangement for a better drop off point at a small regional airport. The elevator doesn't work. They were waiting for a replacement part. The night clerk personally carried all our luggage upstairs to the 3rd. We are elderly and couldn't do it safely.our flight from Seattle was 3 hours late due to air-conditioner problems

Dirty hotel. Spend a little more and get another

Definitely would not recommend. We just stayed there with our two kids. Staff was ok, though not very welcoming. There is very little lighting In the hotel, so even the front entrance near the check In desk looked depressing. The room looked beat up and dirty. The bed sheets had stains on them. The shower wouldn’t drain and was leaking. Also when my wife tried getting the shampoo, the whole dispenser fell off the wall. Additionally, there was no shampoo, body wash, or hand soap at all in the dispensers. The room had no ceiling lights, just lamps, and was very dark. I would just recommend spending an extra 30-40 dollars if you can and get a better hotel if you can. We were only staying on night so we decided not to say anything to management or try and get a different room. Really bad hotel though. If you go, do not get room 129.

Nice and convenient

We would have liked an earlier check in but they had issues and couldn’t accommodate us, but that’s understandable. The room was comfortable and clean, the a/c worked well and we were comfortable, and the coffee was very good. I would stay again.

The stay was fairly nice until I was bitten several times by Bed Bugs! After I notified the front desk (whom was sincere about the situation) and yes, I was checking out later that day however I was not even offered another room. I later notified management upon her arrival WITH pictures and videos of my bites and the bugs still crawling ong the bed. I was informed that exterminators were to come out basically to confirm what my bites, pictures, videos and proof on my body already did before anything would be done.

Ok for the money. Bit I won’t stay here again.

Room was very spacious, larger than I needed or expected. But, it was very outdated, no ironing board. I tried for two days to get an ironing board but never received one. The couch had a large rip in the arm. The refrigerator was extremely small. The pics make it look much nicer than it is. The staff was friendly and overall, the hotel was ok, but not as nice as the budget Holiday Inn Expresses I frequently stay at when traveling. For the price, the hotel meets a need, but I will look for a nicer hotel during my next trip to Phoenix.

They took a $100 deposit at check-in that was supposed to be refunded at check-out. One week later the charge was applied to our account. We only stayed for 6 hours to sleep and shower after our flight so there was no reason for them to keep the deposit. I’ve tried calling several times and no one answers.

The front desk staff were outstanding, always helpful and friendly. The suite was large and roomy. The beds could have been a little firmer, but we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Older property but clean and a great value. The included breakfast was impressive and they had plenty hot food and space even with a large breakfast crowd. The staff was friendly and helpful.
