Got a handicap room with an edgeless shower which got the bathroom floor wet and we had to use several towels to mop up the water. Why hand out a room like that unless we are clearly in need? I hate hotels "take what you get" approach and their lame excuses. Give customers a choice when there are more than one room left. Traffic noise was louder than expected.

Very close to Airport they provide a lift transportation for you paid by the hotel. Great spot to leave your vehicle for a week. Cost is very low.

We were told upon reservation that they have a shuttle that would pick up up from the Mesa airport. When we call the front desk ask who we flew with and we told him that it was Allegiant~ Allegiant only flys into Mesa not Sky Harbor. He called a Lyft and we waited the process of information to find the Lyft was good if we would have been at the other airport. We called the front desk 3 times to say we did not see the Lyft car. The last person that we talked with took the time to find out that we were at the wrong airport and they do not offer a shuttle service from there. She informed us that we needed to find our own way to the hotel. When we arrived the front desk personal was friendly and said she understood our issues and will pass the information on to her supervisor on the following day. We meet with her and she explained that she could not give us any compensation and would talk with someone who would. We expressed that we would have not booked with them if we didn't get transportation. We have not received any funds or compensation for our stay. We booked through Expedia but we tried to book directly through Hampton but the prices were not as good.

We choose this hotel because it featured a heated pool, was not heated. Pool hours were 10am-6pm however it changed with a different staff member. Some inconsistency issues but we moved on. Not staying here again.
