"Goodnight Kisses" has been a favorite of our past guests for a romantic getaway, anniversary or honeymoon. The cabin provides a spacious main level Master bedroom suite featuring it's own cozy electric fireplace and relaxing whirlpool tub. The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessities to prepare your meals with seating for 4 at the dining room table. The Living Room boasts of a stone gas log fireplace and towering windows that not only let in tons of light, but let you see out towards the breathtaking mountain views! Upstairs is a loft area perfect for hanging out and enjoying a game of pool.We also provide may board games for hours of entertainment! Out on the back deck is a steamy hot tub for an evening of relaxing after a busy day of enjoying the Smoky Mountains!!!

This cabin was perfect! It was clean and cozy with lots of nice extras (snacks basket, large hot tub towels, robes). The cabin is well-maintained. The hot tub was very nice with an easy to remove cover. We’re already planning our next trip and will stay here again.

Our stay here during Christmas was more than we could have asked for. Janet was very communicative prior to our arrival, providing directions, instructions, and amenities at the cabin itself when we arrived. The cabin was in pristine condition with the floors and cookware being very clean with no dust noted. The cabin had a very beautiful christmas tree laid out, which was perfect for us when we opened gifts on Christmas Day. I have absolutely no complaints about this place and would absolutely book again. The restrooms, bedding, and towels were very clean and up to our standards. Ample storage to store our clothes were a plus and the billiards table/arcade machine was amazing to use. The cabin was beautifully decorated for the holidays and there was a pleasant scent to the cabin. Water pressure was great for the shower and sink as well. The bed was very comfortable for us with large, long plush pillows. I will note that the driveway going up to the cabin is very, very steep so tire chains or a capable vehicle might be needed during the winter season. However, we had no issues going up the driveway since there wasn’t any snow/ice during this winter season. Additional towels were provided for the hot tub outside as well. Overall, I have no complaints or cons about this cabin and would recommend anyone to book it. Thanks again, Janet!

The cabin was beautiful and so cozy. We loved the hot tub and pool table. The snacks and toiletries were very thoughtful and appreciated. Janet and Jack were amazing hosts and helped us out with anything we needed.

Absolutely one of the cleanest VRBO’s. Many extra details that made us feel so welcome. We loved the location. We definitely recommend 4 wheel drive for the paved driveway. Porch is awesome to see the sunrise over the mountains. Gas grill worked out great as did the fireplace. The upstairs game room had so much. We just needed more days!

The description of the driveway as “steep” is an understatement. It is straight up a mountain. Our FWD SUV could not go more than a few feet so we had to stay elsewhere.

My husband and I had the absolute best stay with Janet at Goodnight Kisses. The attention to details and cleanliness of the cabin is impeccable. Janet was kind enough to leave us a small gift as we were celebrating our anniversary as well as a basket full of snacks and water. As a host, let me say this is one of the cleanest places, besides my own, I've stayed in for a long time. I'm a highly allergic person, however, Janet was very accommodaing and, I and my husband had a wonderful 45th wedding anniversary trip! The snackes were yummy and the champagne for two was delicious! The place was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. I'm hoping to get back there in winter to do some photography! Thank you Janet!
