Room was cancelled when we arrived for check-in. Spent 40 minutes on phone w/expedia getting fixed; no stopper in tub area to take bath; no shampoo in provided bottle; bugs in bathroom sink and on counter, had to change rooms on New Year’s Eve at 11:45 pm; did not empty our trash or provide clean towels during our 4 night stay; room key did not work at new room on our second night. Extremely disappointed with being a Hilton and newly remodeled.

I reserved a room with a bed and sofa to sleep 4.2 adults 2 kids. When I got to my room I discovered there was no sofa bed. They were out of any other rooms that could accommodate us. They stated even though I had the itinerary that said a king room with sofa bed that somehow the reservation between where I made it and them got messed up. I paid $200 and had to take one of the children somewhere else to sleep. They we're rude. They didn't think it was their fault. I didn't even get an extra pillow for the one child that stayed. I will never ever stay here again.

The check in staff were great. The room was clean but the longer we stayed the more disappointed we got. I had 2 rooms. One room had no coffee cups the 1st day, 2nd day it had 1 cup, the other room had none. We left for about 5 hours and I expected beds to be made. One room beds were made, 2nd room they weren't
