It features a 2+ car driveway, 3 comfortable bedrooms (king/ queen/ queen), 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, and screened in porch and lanai overlooking the gorgeous private pool area below!
We are nestled on a 50' wide lot with deep-water canal and DOCK SPACE- and only a few hundred yards from the intracoastal waterway, world class fishing, and breathtaking gulf coast beaches! Beautiful backyard with caged lanai and pool which was just completed in Jan 22. **Pool is warmed during winter months, but HEATED POOL IS AVAILABLE AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE THAT MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE due to several non-payments** **under no circumstances should outdoor pool pump/equipment ever be handled or changed by guests- this area is under surveillance and anyone who tampers with equipment/ settings will be charged due to a previously burned-out electric panel from a guest tampering with settings ($2,000 for replacement). All pool settings (waterfall- fountains- lights-heat) are adjusted remotely for guests. Stump Pass and Gulf water boat launch access are less than a mile away. Outdoor space includes water supply and fish-cleaning station/sink for your fresh catch of the day! The private and fully screened lanai is perfect for relaxing and entertaining both day and night with comfortable furniture, ample space and seating, ceiling fan, and fun outdoor lighting/ ambiance.
The fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and eat-in area will make you feel right at home. We provide everything you should need and feature new SMART appliances including: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven/range (with bake/ air fry/ convection/ roast/ dehydrate/ broil capabilities)! For your convenience we supply dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, and bath towels/ kitchen towels/ and beach towels. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided to help get you started.
