NOT ONLY WAS THERE NO HEAT IN THE RESTAURANT, THE ENTIRE HOTEL WAS QUITE CHILLY. I WOULD BE VERY LEARY OF EVER STAYING AT ANOTHER FACILTY ATTACHED TO THE HILTON NAME! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE....CERTAINLY NOT AT THE PRICES THEY CHARGE

I expected a better experience. Many hotels in similar price range offer more amenities. There were no in-room robes, toiletries like toothpaste, razors, etc. The hot tub had a significant dirty foam on the surface of the water. Epecially disappointing was the brealfast. The was an upcharge for breakfast, but it only included a few items (no waffle maker) and relatively no healthy options. Additionally cost was mandated to get French toast.

I should have called the hotel first. There were several kids hockey tournaments staying at the hotel. It was noisy, couldnt get into the pool or gym, and the buffet was all cleaned out by the time the kids got theough with it.

Fabulous river views with huge freighters, iceman-going boats and many other boats often passing by. It’s a little more for the “view” rooms but well worth it if you will spend any time in your room.
