The Bad
Room: The shower faucet leaked and didn't have good pressure.
The bed mattress was hard, like, people who sleep on the floor would have liked this mattress.
Hotel: For almost $300 a night breakfast should certainly be included.
The Good
Service: Was impeccable. Our group wanted to use an area to gather in the bar section and even though they were short handed they made the effort to get someone to serve us in that section. In general the people genuinely wanted to make your stay great. The great attitude just made all the difference.
Hotel: This was like being in two hotels at the same time. There was the part with old wood trim and souvenir store that reminded me of the Menger hotel in San Antonio, Tx and there was the newer section with the absolutely incredible workout area. They do have a pool but I did not go in the pool. I should also mention the incredibly gorgeous views. Just make sure you pick a room with a view.
