The receptionist a young latin lady is very slow and doesnt accept my tip which i find disrespectful im in a tipping business i find this a little disturbing 🙃 as imnot asking for anything extra or better treatment i just tip because i want to not to try and gather brownie points from your staff i feel disrepected and kinda as if she felt i was trying to hit on her either way i will not be returning your motel wver again what a strange gesture

Pool was filled with concrete. The carpet in the room looked to be from early 1990's. With huge stains and the room smells like a wet dog. The room was clean as far as the bed, bathroom areas. The chair had stains all over and also smell of dog. The property was clean around outside. The staff were kind and dressed nicely. The parking was good. Food within a mile walk . Not much grass for a pet. But the sidewalk is attached to property and offers nice walking with grass areas. I would suggest check out the room befor booking a stay.

A little concerned the other half of the latch was missing on the door. Also the cabinet door to reveal the fridge was broken and made it hard to open and close. I forgot to mention this to the front desk.

I appreciate them refunding in the end, but i dint appreciate thebclear communication regarding a $100 safety deposit which was more expensive then the room itself. I had bought the room for my friend but because he didnt have enough money for the deposit, he had to sleep elsewhere.

Good place for a short stay.

The room had a noisy bathroom ceiling fan that needs to be replaced. The air conditioning unit dripped on the floor, needs to be readjusted. However, at the very low price for the stay, it was a reasonably good deal.
