Very cozy but needs updates such as wifi there is no wifi or u have to pay and parking is ridiculous $69 a night. I was lucky there was a parking structure across. Staff is okay could be friendlier. Everything else was good.

Hotel was nice, wellness area with pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna are great. Paid extra for a corner room with “city view” which is just another taller building directly against the hotel with no view whatsoever. TV was old and not a Smart or WiFi TV so unable to stream or cast to it.

This locations Gym is completely outdated. The equipment is broken and the gym has not been cleaned in months. The pictures are very misleading. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. The location is horrible. The place is crawling with homeless drug addicts.

Front desk wasn’t as welcoming. The valet teams were super kind and sweet. Beds were a bit uncomfortable and tv remote kept giving us issues. Rooftop was nice and spacious.

Pool and spa area are very nice for the hotel value. Would recommend an adults only period. Room was clean, comfortable but cold. Front staff were dressed poorly and unprofessional. Garbage and mops were out in open. Could be a great hotel with a few professional touches.

Had a great experience. Only downside was the toilet in my room having flushing issues. Had to change rooms. The staff were understandable and compensated me for 1 out of the two nights I stayed. Rooftop bar was very nice, just like majority of the amenities this hotel provides. Would recommend.
