Great place to stay as a solo female traveller. Close to everything I wanted to visit and easy transport links to the airport and back. Jacuzzi pool wasn’t working properly which was a shame but that is my only flaw.

The experience at this hotel was terrible. When we got to the hotel to check in at around 5pm the light had gone out and they checked us in with phone flashlights. They had no parking for us and we had request prior to us coming in. We had to park 7 walking minutes away. They didn’t have an upgrade for us. The staff was extremely rude and was not willing to accommodate nor compensate us even though the light situation was their fault. We had to be out of the hotel until 8:30 pm which was the time that the light was coming back, that was a huge inconvenience because we were very tired from traveling. When we got back they couldn’t give us our room key cause the computer was down. They said someone would bring it to us before midnight and that didn’t happen, we had to go back to the service desk to request it for a 3rd time. Our overall stay was very uncomfortable and we felt discriminated against.

I had a wonderful stay. Hotel conditions are really great, staff was awesome (shout out to the Front Desk). Breakfast was very good (except for the coffee, let's face it...). The spa is a really nice perk. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. Unfortunately I was stuck in the room for most of my stay due to food poisoning, but thankfully the room was very comfortable and made things that bit easier. The bed is so comfy, decent shower, I also had a beautiful view. I had a surprise of cake and wine for my birthday from the hotel, can’t comment on how it was, but a lovely gesture. I had one breakfast, and the gluten free selection was brilliant!! Every item individually wrapped so no cross contamination, everything to choose from - baguettes, croissants, cakes. Very impressed as never have that level of choice. I’d definitely return to this hotel should I return to Porto.
