Llegamos y nos informaron que el elevador se dañó el día anterior y que lo iban a arreglar. Pasaron 4 noches y nunca sucedió el arreglo. Alojamos en el último piso del hotel y no había personal que apoyase con la subida de equipaje o bajada, tomando en cuenta que al reservar contabamos con una comodidad (elevador). Pedí cambio de habitación y dijeron estar llenos. El servicio de recepción es casi ausente.

The lift was out of order for our entire week’s stay. We asked to move from the 5th floor but the staff never followed up with us. The air conditioning unit did not work either. The facility had a nice atmosphere but the challenges of staying on the 5th floor made it difficult.

This hotel is super well situated. Great staff and the rooms were fine. I didn’t quite like the breakfast as I found there was not too much choice. But this remained a great choice for our vacation. I would go again

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Most tourists attractions were within walking distance. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Make sure to ask for a second pillow. Breakfast was just ok, we didn’t starve by any means. Would recommend Hotel Atos if you’re looking for something short term and economical.
