Phenomenal Hotel. The Staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful, and our suite was very comfortable. All of the staff were smiling and gracious. Luca at the concierge was truly hospitable. He gave great recommendations and was always willing to help. Genuinely friendl and sincere. More concierges should give service like him. Lea at the reception was also quite friendly and welcoming. We appreciated her. This is a true gem of a hotel. Highly recommend.
