Rooms: cleans as expected. Spacious and comfortable.
Service: I had high expectations due to the reviews read prior coming. However, 30 per cent of staff was cordial, 70 per cent was not our just the average. I felt mislead by the person responsible for the tours. I requested the tour to Islas Marietas, since it was my birthday and I wanted to visit that unique place as it showed in the ads. It was so disappointing when I was snorkeling and when asked about the "La Playa Escondida" and was informed that was a different tour, with a completely different name despite being at Islas Marietas.
There is cirque du Soleil here and when I asked for the price, the girl changed the subject, trying to sell a different local tour.

When we went for our first breakfast day, when entering the room, the staff called us in front of everyone saying that we needed to sign the papers. Very rude for a 5 Star Hotel.
When going to the pool bar, we wanted to shower first. There's a huge shower in front of the pool. However, we cannot open ourselves, we depend on someone to open it, that doesn't pay attention that we are waiting to shower. We need to figure out how to use it and ask the staff, that are there and don't open it without asking.
In regard to the hydromassage. It is supposed to work until 9 pm. Only one out of four was working and nobody was there to support and make it work.
