I love staying at this hotel. The staff are great. The rooms are spacious. The pool area is very relaxing.The buffet was good. My only complaint is that the pool was missing some tiles as you entered the pool by the hot tub. I would have also preferred the pool to be less heated.

The area was nice because it was out of the main city but still walkable to good restaurants. The staff was inconsistent with their service and ridiculously slow to do anything - although this is compared to what I’m used to in Toronto.

Demure, Cutesy and mindful!

I actually was very excited to stay here. I only had one day. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility were great and close to the Islas Mall. Th wonky draw back for me was that I had a room right on the street. So I got all of the street noise. I travel with earplugs so I was ok I was in room 104 I believe. I would definitely stay here again.

Alondra, zulema were wonderful It was ok not awesome Would I stay again yes, because its pet friendly. My downer was access to the beach , went via another hotel but we couldn’t use their loungers.

The roof top pool was great. All the service was great. My only complaint was a lot of road noise. We were on the 5th floor and above the entrance to the next hotel, so a lot of loud trucks early in the morning. Rooms really clean.

This is our 3 time staying at the Mio, one of the reasons we stay at the Mio is it’s the perfect option for anyone who enjoys going out to one of the many restaurants in PV. The only suggestion/recommendation, is that the pool is too warm, in plus 30 weather. Looking forward to our next visit.

If you are happy to be away from the main Tourist area of Puerta Vallarta (in the Hotel strip) this Hotel is ok. Excellent breakfast and it has beach access. Our room had a view which was nice.

Location was perfect for dinning and shopping, would definitely recommend for a longer stay or even just a weekend getaway, buffet breakfast was amazing as well and same with the rooftop pool for the vibes and veiws of the city, close access to the beach as well

Nice roof top pool. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast had a good assortment of Mexican food. Really nice room with a great shower. The only little issue we had was the traffic noise in our room on the fifth floor.
