Took hours to get out luggage, took hours to get our room, property up keep is average, no music at the pool by the beach at all and the other pool way to much and not relaxing, they did not ask us what drinks we want at dinner other then wine which was a first ever...... food was terrible...... events on page did not add up with actual events happening. Would not go back and this is my 4th stay at a Hyatt resort

Would highly recommend this resort!! The property was clean and spacious with plenty of dining options. The staff was excellent, especially our personal concierge Ramon. The beach was roomy and beautiful and there were plenty of activities. The DJ at the pool during the day and the entertainment at night was a bit loud as you could hear the music very clearly in the rooms. Hallways tended to be loud/echo-y due to the tile floor, so you could hear people coming back to their rooms late at night.
