Property is beautiful, loved the nature and how everything looked. There are peacocks everywhere, as well as ducks, turtles, and various other animals, which really contributes to the vibe. The staffs' professionalism and attitude depend on their day which I am not so fond of. The first day of our stay everyone was so rude for some reason but that did change over time. You figure out the staff eventually and can easily be more around the polite and friendly people. The food overall in the buffet was ok, you can pick something out always, but it was not our "cup of tea", I guess it really depends on your taste. The best thing honestly in the buffet is the crepes and shoutout to that wonderful lady. My son and I did get diarrhea from the last day in the buffet, I did read some reviews that that happened to other people as well. We did try food in Il Tartufo restaurant, it was ok, the panna cotta dessert was great. We also tried the Focaccia restaurant and the food was great, would recommend, especially the carbonara. The Cappuccino cafe had good cappuccino and dessert options. Cleanliness wise, it was ok, could be better, many times tables at the buffet were not properly cleaned, silverware would be missing, the new cups they would give us would have coffee stains like it was already used, and the rooms were ok. Everything is conveniently located and there are many things to do. I would definitely recommend buying cacao from their store, it is great tasting.
