Flooring in room looked to recently redone with laminate floor. Walls have dated wall paper. Room was really large. AC worked great and wasn't loud and annoying. Only downfall was after check in was completed, staff told us that "some of the tv's in certain rooms are not working, but i don't know which rooms". Ours was not working. Breakfast was typical items (oatmeal, cereal, toast, eggs, sausage, beans and there was a waffle maker). I would definitely stay here again.

A Truly Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Hotel! My recent 2-night, 3-day stay at this hotel, concluding on July 11, 2025, was unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I feel it's my duty to warn other potential guests about the significant issues I encountered, as my disappointment was profound. Upon arrival, I immediately discovered the television in my room was not working. I promptly informed the front desk, and the receptionist assured me they were aware of the issue and a technician would be sent in the morning. This, however, never happened. The TV remained inoperable for my entire stay. Adding to the frustration, my room was missing essential signage that is standard in virtually every hotel – "Do Not Disturb," "Make Up My Room," and other similar indicators. This oversight proved to be more than just an inconvenience. On my second day, I left my room around 9:00 AM, fully expecting housekeeping to service it. To my dismay, when I returned later, my room had not been cleaned, and the TV was still broken. When I inquired again at the front desk about the TV, I was told there was a note on file, but the maintenance person had already left for the day, and no one else was available to fix it. The front desk employee then vaguely mentioned that if the TV wasn't fixed by checkout, a discount would be applied. This supposed offer of compensation also proved to be hollow. We stayed two days here and we had two rooms booked for two families. We checked in at midnight and our rooms were on third floor. Both rooms had very strong smell of sweat. We didn’t bother to let the staff know as we were very tired and drove from Montreal to Quebec. Next morning we noticed it was the cleaning lady who was smelling so strong of sweat. We told the front desk supervisor and the staff and they told us they are already aware of this since so many people already complained about it. I don’t understand if they are already aware why they don’t do something about it and we had to deal with this for two days. Food is ok and service is very slow on the weekend as we had to wait more than half an hour for eggs. No fans in the washroom. One of light wasn’t working in the room. Seems like on upgrade are done. Old furniture.

For thr 4 nights that we stayed we had someone either above us or close by that was stomping around at all hours of the night. The front desk was polite & tried to help, however we werent exactly where the noise was coming from..... Also for 4 days we were without tv. After a long dayvof sightseeing, you would like to be able to watch a program or two. They did explain to us that they had switched providers, however they were still unable to start the tvs...& then we were told they needed new remotes. So, inbmy opinion not everything advertised was available ..I would like to see a reduction please on my credit card,thank you.

Property looked nice from outside beds were comfortable and clean but Wallpaper was off the walls ,no TV as they got new service and for the last 3 days it has not worked, internet wasn’t great. Should have more gluten free options. No gf bread no gf ceral no gluten free yogurt, no gluten free sausage, or ham or hash browns.

The hotel is at a very convenient location close to stores and the highway. The room was clean and staff super nice. The free breakfast was a plus with enough options. The only downside was the TV never worked and the Internet was a hit or miss every day.

Most terrible hotel i have been in

We came in while on family vacation. There was no TVs working in our suite, we were 4 people, we only had 2 towels, and only 1 mini set of shampoo and body lotion ( not enough for all) the sofabed mattress was so thin the kids felt the springs hurting them. Guess wifi didn't reach my room, the front desk clerc had to give us their corporate wifi to use in the room. The bathroom had 1 light switch that would turn on a light inside the bathroom as well as a light in the hallway, sobif someone went in the bathroom at night and turn on the light it would at the same time turn on a ligth in the hallway that would wake up anyone sleeping. The pool had way too much chlorine, and the jaccuzzi was out of order. For brakfast there was not enough, places for all the guest to sit in the dining room, so we had to wait for ever to be able to sit and eat... overall a very terrible hotel, especially considering the price per night. I have slept in motels half the price that were way more comfortable. The kids were very unhappy because they had zero entertainment while we stayed at this hotel, were everything was out of order. this was a suite with a bedroom section and a living room section, there was only 1 TV in tbe living room (none in the bedroom) and that 1 TV was out of order!!
