This unit is located on the first floor of a beautiful Tudor house built in 1931, it has two bedrooms and 1 full bath and is fully equipped with all your needs for a relaxing stay in the city of Racine. So many things to do within walking distance, the beautiful beaches, the Racine Zoo, public tennis and basketball courts. A nearby grocery store , blue bear and O&H bakery, a newly opened Culver’s and Starbucks a short drive away. Downtown Racine is also a short walk, bike ride or drive, which has many options for local shopping and restaurants. Wind point lighthouse is a favorite stop as well, or play 9 holes of golf at Shoop park golf course with beautiful views of Lake Michigan from several holes. If you are a boat enthusiast, There are several marinas nearby and our local Racine yacht club. Or Try out a fishing charter while you are here.
Back at the unit, Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch while the sun rises and watch life go by in this beautiful north side neighborhood.

No parking that blocks driveway. Parking is adjacent to the house behind the unit. street parking local guidelines on Main Street or Melvin Ave.
Check out rules: strip beds, place all linens including towels, bath mats and rugs in basement by washer in the white laundry bin provided.
