No AC control

Room was very hot and had no control over air conditioning. The other issue were about lack of service do to COVID-19 which are understandable.

The hotel was clean and the restaurant was great. It was very difficult to control the temperature in the room. The walls were not sound proof. In the room next to mine, I could hear what people were watching on tv, their conversation on the telephone and their conversation between them.

Rooms are clean and the service is good. However, the hotel could use a face-lift. We've been staying there since for years, and nothing has been upgraded. Also, the area outside is very dirty, with cigarette butts and litter. The entryway to the hotel should be cleaner.

Love this hotel! We did miss having a recycle bin in the room. Was super clean and quiet. This is where we always stay when coming to Red Deer.

Red Deer in February . . .

Good value for what we paid ($98/n) with advance booking. Bathroom rather basic (antique shower plumbing) and mattress and pillows too soft for my taste. Excellent lunch in the dining room, and an enjoyable - if limited - swim in the small pool on a sunny day!
