The safety lock on my room door was broken. It was obvious it had been forced open in the past. Lights were burned out in the outside area making it dark and it felt unsafe. The bathroom shower curtain was not waterproof. The non-smoking room smelled. Not a pleasant experience.

Not the DoubleTree standard- don’t stay here

Rooms so OLD - lobby and halls have a remodel totally fools you - walk into the room and the place is falling apart. Wallpaper peeling, bathtub looks dirty no it’s permanent, so old it just feels dirty.. yuck I literally wanted to get minimal sleep and keep driving to next location
