Loved the staff here so friendly and welcoming after the trip we had!!! Bad weather traffic etc. To show up and be warmly welcomed with amazing cookies and polite friendly people means everything! Not to mention a clean room with our dog! The hotel probably needs to be updated and we were told just that come back next year we will be remodeled!

NC FAMILY REUNION

I had some trouble with checking in but the desk clerk Lavonda helped me out. She was very informative and helpful. The first room we were assigned had been occupied apparently by someone unauthorized. We were reassigned and our second room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was nice but is beginning to show signs of aging. One of the two elevators went out of order and that created some slowdowns with hotel traffic. The area was easy to access being right off the highway. All in all a 7/10 hotel experience.

I called for room service but no one answered, after about 6 times I gave up. The tissue holder was disgusting, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There also was brown stain near bathroom door couldn't say if it was poop or not. Very disappointed!

We had to cancel our stay due to a disgruntle employee. Jackie’s attitude was extremely nasty. She was unprofessional and could not control herself which resulted in the local police being called. We canceled over 5 reservations due to Jackie. Her coworkers were embarrassed.

Jackie at the front desk was unable to control her self which resulted in the police being called to the facility. She was extremely unprofessional. We have a block of 20 rooms and we evacuated the premises due to Jackie’s behavior. Very unstable. My children were scared and my elderly father was displaced. Jackie said on video that she does not care about her job and continued to show just that with her behavior. Other guest asked her to calm down and she got aggressive with that unrelated guest as well. It was truly a difficult situation and Jackie should not have a job working with people or the public.

Apparently you don’t read your reviews! The hotel was fine, but you people booked the wrong dates. I stayed there a week ago and had to pay for the room again! I’ve had two bad experiences with Expedia and will not go for a third. You can keep the $97.50. It’s a lesson learned.
