Everything was great, from the clean room to the kind staff. The breakfast was a highlight, especially with the gluten-free choices. It’s also in a very convenient spot, being so close to Termini made it easy to get around using the metro and buses.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. The location is excellent, very close to the metro station and extremely convenient for getting around the city. The staff was amazing, very friendly, and always helpful, which made our stay even better. Everything about the experience was great, and we would happily stay here again.

The room was clean. Location is fair. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was good enough. The only minor issue is that the windows are not insulated. You can hear quite a lot of noise during the night when the city is cleaning the streets.

The rooms were pretty small and the balcony was nice but you couldn't see over the wall to anything in the city. They organized a ride from the airport to the hotel, which was a mess. The driver couldn't communicate, couldn't find us and it was more expensive than just getting a cab. Location is pretty decent. By the train station so you get some homeless people around but that's the trade off to being close.
