Good condition of the room, but heating set to winter mode made room unbearable to sleep in. Opening the window didn't help as we were getting strong unpleasant cooking/oil smell from the hotel's restaurant kitchen downstairs. Hotel staff didn't do much to help out

This is a great hotel for the value. The room was pristinely clean and the beds are so comfortable! The adjustable option with massage is a nice touch. Everyone saying the area is sketchy has clearly never stayed in a big city before. It was fine and being a 3 minute walk from Termini is so convenient. There were several great restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well. Very nice stay overall.

We've been to Rome many times and this hotel was a standout!!! Great helpful and friendly staff, great room, especially the bed. Nice and clean. Convenient location for everything. Fully recommend this 4 Star Hotel as very good value.

Staff were friendly. Toilet flush in our room broke 5 times. The toilet seat was loose and they didn’t repair it after we told them. There was a loose tile on the toilet floor that we thought would break in half in we put ant great weight on it. For a 4 star hotel is wasn’t great.

Everything was great, from the clean room to the kind staff. The breakfast was a highlight, especially with the gluten-free choices. It’s also in a very convenient spot, being so close to Termini made it easy to get around using the metro and buses.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. The location is excellent, very close to the metro station and extremely convenient for getting around the city. The room was clean. Location is fair. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was good enough. The only minor issue is that the windows are not insulated. You can hear quite a lot of noise during the night when the city is cleaning the streets.
