We found that the staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make you comfortable and take care of us. They survey nice breakfast and are always attentive to your needs. The room was spacious and was very clean. It is right next to Vatican City and it was easy to walk too many other places in old Rome that we wanted to see.

Great hostess!

The hostess was amazing. She would do anything for you and they are very flexible. Breakfast was great and she would even fry you an egg and make you cappuccino. The central location is great for visiting attractions.

There was construction starting at 7am in the courtyard outside our window. You could hear everything going on in the dining area starting very early. The mattress was just short of horrific, but the people were great, and the property in a great area and in really good condition. When construction was completed, would stay again without hesitation

Great location & customer service

This hotel is located close to the Vatican and local bus stops to make getting around easy. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I would have given this hotel 5 stars except in our room (#6), you do not get wifi service. You can get on in the dining area & by time we get to our room the wifi is no longer connecting. Also in our room the a/c worked, just not as well as we would have liked, especially after walking 5-6 miles a day in 90+ degree weather. Overall, nice hotel for the price.

The place is really nice , it’s not a hotel looks more like a bed and breakfast. The host was super nice and accommodating, in the morning breakfast was ready which was a really nice spread, and she also made eggs for us. Over all a really nice experience. Walking distance to the Vatican.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, conveniently located across the river from the Vatican. The accommodations were impeccably clean and wonderfully comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast. A standout feature was the exceptionally helpful staff. During an after-hours check-in hiccup (which wasn't the operator's fault), a staff member returned to the building within 15 minutes to assist us – their responsiveness was outstanding! The only thing that gave us pause upon arrival was the scaffolding on the building's exterior due to repairs. Luckily, the work wasn't active on our side of the building during our stay. Perhaps a note on the listing about the expected completion date of these renovations would be a thoughtful addition for future guests.
