The property is conveniently located on the heart of Roam surrounded by nice restaurants, bar and shopping. Walkable to all the good locations. The staff really friendly. Agnes, front desk is the sweetest, who help me buying our ticket to Firenze. Over all we had a great experience!

It was great from start to finish. We had all questions answered quickly before we arrived and we were looked after very well during our stay. Very central location. Only slight issue was the noise at night but we expected some due to the central location. I would definitely recommend this as a great base to explore Rome.

Amazing location, very clean, updated property. We had a king bed which is rare in Europe (two twins put together), but I really appreciated having a large comfortable bed. Breakfast is really nice every morning as well, super friendly staff.

Great hotel, with a location.

This hotel was a small boutique hotel in a perfect location in Rome. We were arriving after the front desk closed and they provided very clear and easy access to our rooms. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. It had something for everyone (especially for us Americans). We were able to walk to many historical locations, shops and restaurants.

We stayed in the two bed apartment which is separate from the rest of the hotel, and has its own entrace on the 2nd floor (there is a lift). We were given codes for both the main door and apartment on check-in. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great - we were able to walk to all the attractions on our itenary, including the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum, Palatine Hill and Vatican City - and many amazing buildings. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and icecream places. We found walking around Rome as tourists very safe with plenty of armed police visable (possibly due to it being Jubilee year). The apartment was was clean and spacious, with the only minor negative being a small amount of noise from the road outside from one of the bedrooms. Each bedroom as its own onsuite with good water pressure, and both can be locked with a physical key provided.

The lady at reception was amazing, she told us all the good restaurants and attractions! She was very knowledgeable and knew everything. All of the staff were very kind and would help if we needed anything. The breakfast was very nice and the room was clean as well. The location was great also.

The hotel was room was really clean & tastefully decorated,also the room was a good size,bed really comfortable. Staff were friendly & helpful. Also the breakfast was really good. Fabulous mini break - perfect location for all the tourist attractions and shopping. The room was beautiful - in fact the whole building was very classy. Breakfast was much better than expected - a good choice of hot and cold food. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful

Amazing wedding anniversary trip for me and my husband. We booked the room with bath tub. They provided champagne for us for the special event. Room was just perfect, super great location, and felt like our private apartment in Rome. We loved the staff. Super kind and they accommodated everything for us to have the perfect Rome experience. Fantastic hotel that is perfectly situated.

Perfect location for celebrating the new year in Rome (can watch parade from room window, next to the piazza where there are fireworks) and the rooms are very comfortable and clean, staff is super friendly and helpful. But keep in mind that this hotel is NOT staffed 24/7, so you need to be comfortable with using door codes when checking in after hours and knowing there is no one to help you if you get locked out after 5:00 pm. But having said that, I checked in after hours without any problems —super easy.
