The staff was very friendly. Everyone took time to greet us as guests, answer questions and provide tips on how to navigate that incredible city! Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again!

I had a great time and the hotel was very nice however my sister and her husband had a balcony and I didn’t. Aside from that I had an awesome time. It was close to many places and they had free breakfast which saved us a lot of money. I recommend it.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the lady in the breakfast area was very friendly and nice. Renato was very helpful since I booked the hotel other staff members were very nice and kind. The only one a little bit rude was the skinny lady at Front desk. But overall everything was great I definitely will stay there again.

Great experience, very helpful staff and an amazing location. Accomodated my gluten free diet extraordinarily well. Outstanding staff. The restaurant attached to the hotel(not exactly sure if it is owned by the hotel) even gives a small-discount if you are a hotel guest. The food rivals any restaurant in Rome. No English channels on the TV which I personally loved.

I don’t think I’ve ever felt so secure in a hotel. We were greeted at the desk by a very professional attendant and quickly checked in. All staff that we encountered were impressive. The room was clean and spacious, with no noise from outside. The morning breakfast was delicious with courteous staff. My only advice would be that the breakfast area could use some music for ambiance. The location was safe and tucked away on a side street, but seemed to be in a superior location near the US Embassy. Another plus, was that it was one block away from a hop on hop off bus. We traveled through all the stops that took approximately 1 hour which helped us get a great overview of the city, and guide us where we wanted to revisit. It was a nice quiet change after an 11 night Mediterranean Celebrity Cruise.

Ii selected a Junior Suite but the room assigned smell bad because the fiber glass epoxy on doors and trim was still curing and made the entire room smell like boat manufacturer. There also was a sting sewage smell coming from the shower bathroom drain. The split ac fan was defective and made continuous fan motor noice. A gentleman attendant in the front desk lacked customer focus.

The room was cleaned everyday with towels and soap. The staff were always courteous and friendly. The breakfast was continually refilled, as was coffee. The restaurant food was freshly cooked and whatever was selected was presented beautifully. Staff within each area-bar, restaurant and reception were helpful.

Very clean and spacious room. Accommodated us in holding our luggage until room was ready. Put our luggage in the room before we returned. Staff was very friendly. Provided airport shuttle for a fee. The room was not only clean, but well appointed. The staff was fabulous, friendly, and very helpful. The restaurant and staff were exceptual and the food was always fresh and so well prepared. The included Breakfast was probably the best I have had in any hotel..

The hotel was very well situated and most of all all the staff were very helpful and polite. The room was large and the bathroom completely new . The breakfast at the hotel was included and had a variety of food and set in an elegant space. we would definitely stay there again!
