We recently stayed at Otivm Hotel in Rome. The hotel is very centrally located, making it an excellent base for exploring the city, with most major sights only a short walk away. The room was adequate, though there was noticeable damage to the walls, likely from items being dragged down them, which detracted a little from the overall presentation. Due to the age of the building, there is no restaurant on site, which is understandable but worth noting for future guests. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. The selection was limited and the bread and pastries did not seem fresh, leaving us wondering if some items were reused from previous days. Overall, the location is the hotel’s strongest feature, but improvements to room maintenance and breakfast quality would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Room was OK but the glass shower was in the bedroom, not the bathroom in one of the more unusual room arrangements I have ever seen. Bed was comfortable and bathroom amenities were fine except the aforementioned shower. Elevator was tiny and we had to make two trips to get our luggage downstairs as there was not enough room for luggage and two people. Roof top bar and breakfast area were great except in a rainstorm (chilly and windy) during breakfast hours as seats are outside. Front desk personnel were helpful and hotel is centrally located.

Hotel was well positioned for main sight seeing activities, room was clean and staff were friendly enough. However my room was dark, had bars on the windows and looked out to a bit of a dump yard, it also had no where to sit other than on the bed. Felt like I was in a cell rather than a nice hotel.

We had such a great stay at this hotel, The location couldn’t have been better. It’s right near all the major historical sites like Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum, so we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. There are also tons of great restaurants in the area, which made it easy to find a good meal after a long day of exploring. One fun surprise was finding an Irish pub just a few minutes away where we watched an F1 race on large screens, it was such a cool way to mix in a bit of home with the Roman experience. The highlight of the hotel has to be the rooftop patio. The view overlooking the upper part of Piazza Venezia is absolutely beautiful. The rooftop bar has a really creative cocktail menu, a mix of modern drinks and traditional touches. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome, whether it’s for a quick trip or a longer stay. It gave us the perfect mix of comfort, location, and atmosphere.

Great location, great views from the Balcony

The hotel is in a wonderful location within walking distance to the Pantheon, coliseum, and many restaurants and shops. There's a food/wine market very nearby. The breakfast was good. I only wish the bar had been less expensive for evening drinks.
