I loved the proximity of Una Hotel to everything we needed during our time in Rome. The building's AC was a pleasant surprise and much needed! Breakfast was very good as well. Very pleasant stay!

It’s so close to the Rome train terminal. Once you walk one minute all is good! Staff wonderful and rooms so clean they do amazing job! It’s a bit of a cluster when you go down for breakfast but the Italin women in charge ensures all in order!

I was expecting more for this property. But I found the room dirty , corner never cleaned. Also the area is super noisy , people all night screaming , the windows doesn’t have insulation to block. Area close to the train station , many strange people. I wouldn’t recommend.

We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The front desk staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful when asking for recommendations. The guy who held our luggage was careful with our items, professional, and provided excellent service. I really liked the security outside the hotel; we felt very safe. Did not like the noise from the outside each night, very hard to sleep, but comfy bed and pillows.

We had such a wonderful stay at Una hotel! Without a doubt it is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in - the room was beautiful, the bathroom and the balcony.
