The floors were just not clean in the bathroom. I asked for them to be washed again. They were rewashed--better. Sadly, and true in many.facilities, cleaning corners and grout is just not done.

The room we stayed in was huge. Customer service was friendly, efficient and great. Room was clean, but a bit dated. Floors looked great. Wish they had smart tvs, but otherwise, everything was as listed and quiet.

Only had a weekend to celebrate anniversary. Searched place within 3 hrs of portland. This was the lease expensive and rarely go to Roseburg area. From description and pictures, it seemed to be a quiet and serene area. The room was quiet even though it appeared to be a two room suite with people next door. Bed/pillows were very comfy. Would stay here again.

May seem dreary grey outside, but clean and tasteful remodel inside. Shower is spacious, clean, good water pressure and temperature. Bed and pillows very comfy. Safe and quiet. Watched deer come up from creek. Helpful and courteous staff. Thoughtful choices at breakfast included nondairy milks for cereals or coffee. Good coffees. Also was very affordable.
