Good value. Bring a blanket

Simple, clean place with beautiful views of the river and park/walking path. The room was decent size and the bed was good. Things to know before you book: The functional, but small bathrooms have little ventilation and the bathroom windows open on the front walkway. The bedding was minimal (bring an extra blanket) and the air unit was noisy. We could hear voices from the next room, but not bad.

Love this location. Easy access from interstate, walkable for dining. Thick fluffy bath towels, firm, but not too firm bed, adequate breakfast. We’ve stayed here previously and will most likely stay again in the future. Excellent value.

A nice place to stay

A nice, quiet and clean hotel close to downtown. The room has all the amenities needed for a short stay; including a fridge, microwave, TV, and shower with GREAT water pressure. There are several places to eat within walking distance. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when requesting a specific room type. Will definitely stay here again when in Roseburg.

Independent well maintained 3 story motel.Reasonable price. Great riverview out the back window. Our room on the second floor had a large balcony. We were there in January but in warmer weather I would have stayed out there a long time.

Motel 6 on steroids

very friendly staff. outside entry only. limited continental breakfast. older hotel with no tub and interior was much like a motel 6. tiny shower, stained sink. some rooms have a river view and balcony. found leftover pieces of dog kibble on the floor of bathroom. toilet fill ran alot (leaky flap). bed was wobbly but mattress was good. walls were thin and the young couple next door made that interesting, if you know what I mean. next time I'll spend the extra on a well known large chain hotel with better breakfast.
