The facility offers an incredible place forntoung families with little kids and toddlers. Do not miss staying here - especially if you have kids! What a cute little inn with the BEST most friendly staff, great breakfast and the best part - the playgrounds for the kids - indoor and outdoors! The train stop into town is literally a 3 min walk away and there’s a grocery store 1 min away which was the cherry on top! Highly recommend booking Chärnsmatt if you’re visiting the Luzern area!

lperfect for kids

perfect stay if you bring your kid to Switzerland. Lots of places to have fun - but sadly could not take a train due to rain 😢 breakfast was also very nice. 10min to Luzern by bus for free with the visitor card. the supermarkenext to the hotel was recommendable.

A good hotel for young families. They have a play area for young children, which our eight year old loved. The family room was nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Located outside of Lucerne city centre, it is well connected by frequent buses to and from the city. There's an Aldi nearby too.

"We had an absolutely fantastic experience here. What really stood out was the exceptional staff—every single person was so kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. It's a very family-friendly place with an amazing mountain view from our room. Plus, it's so convenient! The bus stop to the Lucerne train station is just steps away.
