Very quiet, didn’t hear other guests in the hallways or above us when we were in our room. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Free breakfast included, and it was just that - a free breakfast, not exactly gourmet but there is cereal.

We have stayed here countless times and it’s always been adequate for our needs. However, bathrooms are lacking in cleanliness and the attention to details is minimal at best. I’m not super picky, but I always carry bathroom cleaner….to this facility. Otherwise… the rooms are clean and the breakfast is always great and the staff is outstanding and personable.

Bestest Western

Best Western went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Hotels.com advertised a room with a sofa bed and a king bed. Since we were traveling with my daughter, that's the one I chose. When I got to Best Western, the room that hotels.com had sent them was a king room with a balcony. They upgraded me, free of charge, for a mistake that want even theirs! We will def be back to this property if we are ever in the area again.

The only thing that we did not appreciate was that we asked to have a later check out and was told no. My daughter had a competition at 8am and wanted to take a shower when finished. She wasn’t able to.

The Tv remote was in a specific "clean bag", but when i removed it, it was the dirtiest remote I've seen so far. Plus, they should add microwaves to the rooms. Otherwise, everything was great.

We absolutely loved our room. The kitchen boy issue we had was the Tv. We couldn’t ever get it to work he way it was supposed too. We also never asked for help.
