Lovely hotel and lovely spacious rooms. The pool and gym were good. Check in was smooth and staff professional and friendly. The only down side was that the breakfast was a bit limited. We had arrived 40 mins before breakfast ended and no bagels, muffins, pastries or waffles and pancake machine was broken. However, there were eggs and bacon.

Not a good hotel

Disappointing in every aspect. The room was dirty and not clean. The ding in the bathroom was extremely slow drain. They did not fill up the shower gel, and the device holding the soaps was broken. Awful view and noisy. The breakfast was very disappointing as well. Slow to keep stocked. No bagels, only super cheap white bread. Little fruit options and no yogurt. Pancake machine only cooked one side of the pancakes. Eggs constantly out. Staff are not the friendliest. Asked for 1 hour late checkout but they would only give 1/2 hour and still knocked on the door (even before regular check out) early and tried to enter even though we had the do not disturb sign. Honestly, lower level hotels would be better. Will never stay again and probably will start looking at other hotel brand in the future.

The property its self was very clean and staff was super nice but the fridge in our bedroom was broken/overheated instead of cooling. When I called to maybe change room since my toddler needed to refrigerate cold milk the hotel was sold out of rooms. The receptionist was very nice especially with helping find an ice machine that was not broken since the one on our floor was.

Desk lady seem bothered. Chairs were stained in the rooms. Bathroom shower was dirty dust everywhere hair on the floor ice machine machines were all broken besides the fourth floor. Side doors were either out of order or missing handles really hot in the hallways.

Very close to area that we needed. Overall nice place. The room we were placed in was right next to an exit and the walls were thin enough it woke us up several times during the night due to outside door slamming shut. Maybe consider a soft close for the door or some thin weather stripping to soften the noise.

Great hotel. Very clean, updated, and spacious rooms. The breakfast was disappointing though, not very many options and and on busiers days didn't keep the few things they had stocked. Also no waterbottle fillers in the entire hotel, and the two water fountains they had barely worked.

Went down for breakfast at 8:30 am, there was no food left served… no bread,no egg potatoes . Area was not kept clean. 4th floor hallway had a weird odor.. Asked for extra towels and they gave me weird answers on why we couldn’t receive any. Unfortunately not a great stay.

Terrible. Do not stay here.

The door to our room wouldn't lock. There was hair and dirty towels in the bathroom. The beds weren't made. They only offered to downgrade us and insisted our 3 children could sleep in the same bed, 2 teenage girls and a boy. The manager was very rude and ultimately asked us to leave. I was charged 3 different times by mistake. We went to a different, better hotel nearby.

Do not stay here, room was dirty. Had to bring dirty towles down stair to get clean ones. Breakfasts was not goo, things wernt working and eveything was watered down. Coffee tasted horrendous. Im not one to rate things but this one needed my attention
