Checked in the key card, making ability was not possible so they had to walk me up to my room once I was in my room the smoke detector kept going off and beeping. I had to go back downstairs and tell them that it was going off. They came back to my room and took the smoke detector out and then left me in the room woke up in the morning to get breakfast and their pancake machine did not cook my pancakes all the way. The staff was friendly, but I will definitely not be staying here again.

I was told if I didn’t check in within a compressed time frame my booking would be cancelled. Apparently, this hotel overbooks with 3rd party apps on busy weekends.

Both day and evening staff were awesome! We had one issue with the bathroom fan making a loud squealing noise and they didnt even hisatate to move us (i guess maintenance was gone by the time we called) they were super friendly and just awesome.

Our stay was disappointing. Upon arrival on 10/8, the front desk staff was unwelcoming and rude. The first room we were given had not been cleaned, with furniture stacked on beds and tables. After being moved, the second room was only slightly cleaner. There were just two towels provided, and staff were unhelpful when asked for more. On 10/11, the same employee was rude to my wife over a simple request for a paper plate. I travel often, and this was one of the least pleasant hotel experiences I’ve had.

My family and I came to Utah to visit relatives and chose this hotel as it was close to them. Our room had 2 queen beds so we could fit 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. One of the bed frames was broken so the bed leaned. The TV never turned on to the channels to watch anything. Had to go to the TV itself and flip thru the input/source to get it to actual TV channels. We were told housekeeping was supposed to come daily to clean rooms. They never came once and we've seen them clean other rooms on our floor. They also left empty shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles in the bathroom so we couldn't properly clean ourselves in the shower. Breakfast food is average. The most noteworthy food was the pancake making machine. The pool at the hotel is indoors but the water in the pool was freezing. The spa was decent. Parking was good and we could always find a spot even late in the evening. Staff was always friendly during our stay.

They were very kind to us at check in and let us get in our room a little early. However, the room we got put in wasn't the same quality we're used to at Holiday Inn rooms. The carpet had quite a few burn marks which wasn't the end of the world, but what i didn't like was the ottoman in the room was very stained and dirty looking. I also still haven't received my $100 deposit back after 2 weeks.

Comfortable room, but we were unhappy with houseke

The housekeeping staff never came to our room to replenish towels or empty the garbage or make the beds. We were there three nights.
