My wife and I were very satisfied with Tru. The only real negatives were the lack of adequate lighting and the limited seating in the room. Otherwise the facilities and service were excellent.

We stayed there for a convention and spent 5 nights, so we experienced alot. The room was very very basic. I have to say the best part of our room was all the hooks on the walls. So many times at a hotel there is no place to hang a small bag, towel or something. I love their hooks. I do have to say it was clean. The beds were average. The breakfast was very simple and small. All the reviews and pictures I saw showed an extra serving table, but that wasn't there. And reviews talked about how it was the best breakfast, we didn't think so. They also had NO ice machine. I didn't like that the front desk people and the breakfast servers were the same people. Not alot of cleanliness there. Would we stay there again NO! For the price it didn't give us what we would expect.
