This is a great location to stay at in Salzburg. It’s an easy walk to the old town and right next to the Mirabell Palace. The room was lovely and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.

Accommodating staff and beautiful room we were placed. We had lovely windows that kept out the noise of the street below and excellent blockout curtains. When we opened the curtains we could look out the windows to a beautiful view. The room was lovely and just right for me to share. Excellent location too and very clean.

Hotel has recently rebranded and is undergoing a renovation. Breakfast area is closed but you can eat at their sister facility which is nearby. Beautiful new lobby and very helpful staff. The hotel is located in a great location, directly across from Mirabell Palace with multiple bus stops less than a block away. Also many eating options available within walking distance. Less than a 15 minute walk across the river to other popular tourist areas with a lot of food and shopping options.

Clean comfortable room, slightly older property. Cristina was really nice to check us in early after our overnight train journey from Poland. The property should have breakfast included since the room prices are pretty high for a 4 star. Further the hotel should provide basic stuff like shampoo, Conditioner, body lotion and shower caps daily. None were provided
