The staff was amazing. From checkin until checkout, amazing 5 star service. The room was updated, spacious, and comfortable. The room was spotless, sheets were clean and crisp. Bathrooms were huge and clean. Shower water pressure was very good. The room had lots of chairs to sit.

We loved our stay here! Very convenient to get to the train station and many of the sights of Salzburg. I made an error in booking and they were so kind fixing it!! Had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner in the restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. Staff are wonderful. Polite, efficient and friendly. The hotel is very quiet which is important to me. Although not in the centre of the city it is well placed near Mirabell and walking distance from the main train station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We moved the breakfast. You can request omelettes, fried eggs. Lovely bread rolls. Staff were very pleasant. Sky bar was buy, it was Christmas time after all, but became less busy after midnight. Rooms were super quiet. I would stay here again if we return to Salzburg.
