Breakfast was not included, but we had both breakfast and a lunch in the Sky Bar rooftop. The staff was incredible from our arrival til we left. Toby helped us get our car to the garage, Michael was my go to for everything! We had an issue with our shower and the maintenance showed up immediately. A day later he gave us help finding a doctor for my friend. Every person at the desk was the most helpful.

Hotel was great and in a great location. Staff was friendly. Loved the smart tv with Netflix and YouTube option. The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom door was glass and it was so loud when you tried to close it which woke everyone up in the middle of the night several times.

We were very pleased with the IMLAUER Hotel Pitter Salzburg. It was close enough to walk to the train station, but still very quiet for being so centrally located. The lobby is beautiful and we were warmly and efficiently greeted on check in. The room was perfectly clean and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, too. We did not have any meals at the hotel, but thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay there.

Horrid service in the Bar upon arrival. Ignored for 15 mins and then once we asked for service waiter comes over and say’s “ What?” We walked out. Either they are tired of tourists or just plain rude. Initial contact put a damper on our stay. Will not return and do not recommend. First and only poor service after 3 lovely weeks in Austria

Deceptive, disappointing, I couldn't sleep. Avoid!

This hotel was disappointing in multiple ways, the marketing and the front desk staff were deceptive. I asked for light, air, AC as advertised. My first room was hot, had zero view, felt like a cellar. Second room had no AC, heavy bedding, a gritty sheet, broken tv. Stay away if you want a comfortable sleep. The next morning the mgr said they have no AC this time of year, so the mgr who showed me my second room had lied when he said "it takes time to cool down." Trust me, it never cooled down. The building runs hot, there is no cross ventilation even with the window open. There is only one very hot comforter provided. I tried to sleep in my clothes. When I checked out, the manager shrugged her shoulders.

We loved this hotel. The staff was friendly, the hotel was spotless, and the beds were the most comfortable in our weeks travel around Germany! Our flight was canceled and we were disappointed they had no availability! We would recommend this hotel to friends!

Location is not exactly closed to old town, I picked hotel for the location and roof top restaurant, but I was extremely disappointed. Service at the restaurant at the roof top restaurant was absolutely bad, food was terrible.
